Hi Usha, Thank you for hosting us in Sydney. I’d like to share some brief feedback. As a first-time Airbnb user, I was surprised by the $500 security deposit request, as it wasn’t mentioned in the listing or house rules. It would be helpful to make this clear upfront. The total price was also very close to a Hyatt hotel, and we chose your place expecting better privacy as a couple, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The property felt smaller and more worn than expected, and noise from neighbours made privacy quite limited. There were also a few practical issues unclear rubbish disposal instructions, confusing car park access, and an inconvenient shower setup. Overall, we ended up leaving a day early. With clearer communication and some improvements, the experience could be much better for future guests. Thanks, Sarthak
