Gran's Place

This newly renovated 4th generation family farmhouse sitting on 13 acres is centrally located in Russell Springs, just minutes from Lake Cumberland. We are just off the Cumberland Parkway (a short and easy drive to both Columbia and Somerset), close to Russell County Hospital, and within a mile to most fast-food chains, restaurants, gas, and grocery. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible while visiting the Lake Cumberland area. We do ask that there be no smoking in the home.

Quiet, peaceful, country setting. There are country roads for walking and bike riding. For the boaters and fishermen, we are just minutes away from Arnold’s landing boat ramp and also Holmes Bend marina on beautiful Green River lake. For the hunting enthusiast, there are 20,000 plus acres of public land available for spring and fall hunting, with an abundance of turkey and deer. Close to Campbellsville University and Lindsey Wilson in Columbia. Lake Cumberland is also a short drive away.

Hilltop Haven

Enjoy the sounds of nature, and amazing views with your morning coffee on the deck. Deck overlooks a vast rural setting that is part of the Green River Valley. Second story one room cabin with open vaulted ceilings ( must be able to climb stairs to access). Sleeping for 4 and possible 5th with couch. Full kitchen with bar, ¾ bathroom. Large deck for enjoying the countryside views and show stopping sunsets. Pets welcome with fee. Close to town and amenities. I mile from river access.

The Lake House/Cabin is a hidden gem (Sleeps 4)

This peaceful Lakehouse cabin sits on a private lake in a beautifully secluded setting, perfect for couples, or anyone looking to unwind in nature. Though tucked away, it’s still just a short drive from local restaurants and shopping. Guests love the walking trail that circles the lake, the lower-level firepit right by the water, and the chance to enjoy catch-and-release fishing. Wildlife is abundant here, adding to the sense of escape at this hidden getaway in south-central Kentucky.

The Little Brown Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful, 1950's cottage in Russell Springs. One bedroom has a queen sized bed & the other bedroom has a full sized bed. There is a full bathroom accessible through the master bedroom with a vintage tub & shower combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room. There are doorbell cameras but we will turn them off upon check-in. There is a large television in the living room but each bedroom has its own television with free high speed Wi-Fi.

The Cozy Cabell Cottage

It’s time for an adventure at our vacation rental, Cabell Cottage. With Lake Cumberland only 5 minutes away via the Cabell landing....really your boat is 5 minutes from being in the water; the cottage can be your base for all things fun on the lake (swimming, boating, and fishing). Did I CATCH your interest with fishing. However, if it’s a retreat you seek, the cottage is also for you as it sits in a quiet, very pretty, rural area of Wayne County, Kentucky, where 5 can sleep easily.

Our studio apartment is a recently remodeled extension of our home. Rest easy and assured, knowing that we are right next door to help you in any way! We are located within 2 miles of Lindsey Wilson University, between Green River Lake and Lake Cumberland and within one mile of the Cumberland Pkwy. We are ready to welcome guests who are in town for events, visiting family, vacationing, or just passing through! We look forward to taking care of you while you’re traveling!

Cozy Lake Time Retreat

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Perfect location for visiting the lake or family. Come stay at our 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is centrally located in Jamestown for easy access to multiple docks. The home is adequately furnished with everything you would need to enjoy your time at Lake Cumberland. It sits in the 1.5 acres so there is plenty of room to gather and enjoy the outdoors. *Master bedroom upstairs has very low ceilings.

Nice, newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with lots of room for entertainment. Large kitchen/dining room with room for 12+. Perfect house for indoor and outdoor living. In town and just a short driving distance to either Jamestown Marina or Lake Cumberland Marina. Nice 30’ driveway with a place to charge your boat. New for 2023 we now have a fire pit and new outdoor furniture for more indoor/outdoor living space!
