Even during the busiest of times on the coast you more often than not will find yourself completely alone on the beach. We are family and dog friendly with a fully fenced yard. It takes 7- 8 minutes walking on a well maintained trail to have your toes in the Pacific Ocean. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the roaring ocean waves. We are 10 minute drive from downtown Ocean Shores & 15 minutes from Seabrook.

Oh! My! Gosh! What a fantastic place to spend a beautiful vacation week. This condo was everything advertised, and then some. The view from the deck was spectacular and we whiled away the hours in comfortable Adirondack chairs with a beachy breeze blowing through our hair. But by far, my absolute favorite place to snuggle in and watch the people, weather, and waves come and go was this GIANT comfy chair placed strategically in the picture window. ...and as advertised, getting my toes into the sand and onto the beach was about 30 seconds away from the front door. The neighbors were engaging and friendly - making it feel like a home away from home. The host was responsive and super-helpful. He made sure we got everything we needed--so much so that we decided to extend our stay an extra day just because we couldn't stand the thought of leaving. We're already planning another trip and we're keeping our fingers crossed that this home will be available. 5 stars across the board!!

This location was even more beautiful in person - the photos do not do it justice. My husband and I went for a getaway and we literally could see ourselves going back there every time he comes back from the UK.

We had a great stay at Dune Grass with our three kiddos. Walked to the beach every day, played in the yard, grilled and cooked s’mores over the fire pit, snuggled up and watched movies and played games when it rained. The neighborhood was peaceful, everyone we saw was friendly, everything felt very safe. The house was well outfitted to cook, eat, play and relax. Thank you so much!

Leanne is a great host and the Ocean Shores property is wonderful. The property is right near the beach and has 6 bedrooms on 3 levels. Lots of entertaining / relaxing space and 2 decks for outdoor use plus kid's toys books etc. Kitchen is large with all the usual appliances. Would love to book with Leanne in the future.
