Grace’s place was exactly what I needed for my assignment at UCLA Santa Monica. The location is walkable, safe, and quiet, making it a great spot for both work and rest. The private bathroom in the room was a big plus, providing comfort and convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped for meal prep, with plenty of space in the fridge. Overall, a great stay—highly recommend for anyone needing a comfortable and hassle-free place in the area!

Angel was an amazing host!! I was honored to meet her and her husband, and I can tell this home was designed to welcome a healing atmosphere and God was surely glorified! We had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 2 kids. The location was great with lots of food and shopping in walking distance. The directions were clear on how to find the apartment. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Everything was super clean and well-maintained, and the space was spacious and comfortable. One of the best parts was being able to park in the garage—such a relief, especially in LA. I really appreciated how easy everything was and would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent time at this airb&b. We walked the beach every morning and saw a big group of sea lions that were very fun to watch. The sunsets we saw were insanely gorgeous. We highly recommend this lovely condo. You won’t be disappointed! The hosts were very communicative.

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Linda's home was the perfect place for our team while we were working in the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Her home was clean and cared for. Linda was always responsive to any question. We needed to extend our stay, and the process was easy to navigate with Linda's support, which took pressure off of our plate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home while we were working away from our own home.

Alexandra's place is spotless! And the kitchen is extremely well stocked. We felt fortunate this apartment was available as it met our needs very nicely.

Excellent Santa Clarita home base for magic mountain or other adventures!

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

The place looked exactly like the pictures portrayed. The location was great! Beds were very comfy!
