Cozy 1 br condo with ski in/out lift access & Pool

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.

Bright and airy 1st Floor walkout lakefront Condo. Completely furnished all linens and towels included. Bedding includes lots of pillows, and warm duvets for winter comfort. Flannel sheets for winter and cotton for summer, paper supplies, spices, oils, and basic condiments. I have supplied a coffee maker, crock pot, blender, microwave, toaster, large bowls and casserole dishes, and platters. A wood stove provides heat in the winter, wood and fire starters included,(Electric backup heat).

The condo is a quiet family space in a great location: we are located 10 minutes to the Settlers Green outlets/ shopping, close to skiing, hiking , Saco River, Conway Lake and much more. You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.
