During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Recently renovated, Stable Cottage is located in the small village of Middleton, West Norfolk. A 20 min drive to the coast, Sandringham Estate and many other attractions. Ideal for couples, golfers, walkers, bird watchers, fishing or working in Kings Lynn. The single level accommodation has a fitted kitchen (with boiling and filtered drinking tap), bathroom with walk-in shower, large lounge with patio door and twin/super king beds. Shared courtyard garden and private parking.

Wren cottage is located in the heart of Thetford Forest. This stylish and luxurious studio apartment has direct access to the forest and is nestled next to the beautiful Lynford Lakes with it's own man made beach. This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. You access the room directly from outside, so you can come & go to suit, your own private entrance

The Bakery Annex @ Sweetbriar Cottage - a charming, calm and cosy rural haven; pleasant for a holiday break at any time of the year. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.
