The Davenport Farm Cottage

No cleaning fees! Free fishing (bring your own gear), swimming & firewood. 1 minute off I-64. Relax at our 5th generation working family farm surrounded by the Hoosier Nat Forest. 2.23 acre stocked pond. Roast your catch over the fire pit or at your cottage on the 36” Blackstone griddle. Stable/strong high speed wifi. Hunters-when you're done with tents & air mattresses, stay here. We have a very nice indoor cleaning station with heat, lights, tables & hot/cold running water for clean up.

Historic Downtown Newburgh

Restored 1938 home with original oak floors. You will have this sunny and homey house all to yourself. We have WiFi. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 3 blocks from the Ohio River and the River Walk. There are a couple of restaurants that overlook the river and within walking distance. We have plenty of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas, a theatre and only 10 minutes from the east side of Evansville. Newburgh is a great walking town with historical houses and civil war history.

Nest: 1905 Carriage House Apartment

Our renovated 1912 carriage house was designed exclusively for Airbnb guests! Set in the midst of Semper Fulgens gardens, this luxury apartment is small but features a large bathroom with clawfoot tub, a loft bedroom with king sized bed, a sitting area, and coffee bar. There is not a full kitchen, but we do have a fridge. Not suitable for kids. A place for pet lovers! We do have two dogs, a cat and chickens who live on the property and have access to courtyard and event space.

No bedroom. It's a place to park. While in route to your destination, you might find yourself having a hard time staying awake or might like to stay a few nights before traveling on to your final destination. Feel free to park yourself on our spot. This is our home and a quiet, safe and peaceful area. While there is no water or electricity, it is a place to park and pitch a tent, hammock, camper or RV.

Rough River Lake House

3300 sq.ft. home overlooking Axtel Marina and Nick's Boat Dock. Sleeps 12 to 17. 4 bedroom 3.5 bath! It can sleep 12 people, with bedding available for 5 additional people upon request, so it’s perfect for that big family or group of families. The basement bar area is still unfinished, but there is a large game room for entertainment in the evenings or on those rainy days.

If you'd like a true log cabin feel while staying on a beautiful, serene wooded 10 acre plot of land, this is the place for you and your friends/family! This small cabin has been reconstructed after being transferred to this location by the owner and his son. All of the decor and fixings are antique in style to fit the log cabin feel, to bring you back to the good ole days.
