Amazing property and view. We had a terrific time. The property worked great for our group. Best sunset! Marco and his crew were extremely responsive. Driving in the Douro Valley is not for the faint of heart. We had a ball!

Spacious, comfortable house with beautiful outdoor space, very pleasant shaded terrace. Good location for visiting Porto and the Douro Valley. "Méandro" restaurant next door, cheap, excellent with splendid views of the Douro. Graça and her husband are welcoming and responsive. The only downside is the presence of barking dogs ++ (kennel?). Graça has nothing to do with it, but noise nuisance to report.

The house was exactly like the photographs. From the moment of booking to check-out, D. Adelaide was an excellent host, always available and attentive. The amenities were very comfortable and every corner of the house surprised me with its positive details, thought out in detail to ensure the well-being and comfort of all. The reception by D. Gloria was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the welcome cake... was simply divine! Without a doubt, an experience to repeat.

Mario and Cila’s home was one of the most beautiful I have stayed out. The house was an old olive oil mill, converted into a modern paradise. They thoughtfully incorporated the property’s history into the renovation. The home is beautiful but the grounds are next level! There is a running stream running along side and under the house with lush grounds and a wonderful pool. There is also a walking path to a little park with a waterfall! Super peaceful property. If you are looking for a getaway, look no further! Mario and Cila are super kind, gracious hosts! They welcomed us themselves and proactively provided tips and recommendations. Super appreciative of their hospitality.

we enjoyed our week in Henrique's home very much. The many cozy corners around the garden and the many beautiful flowers and plants made our stay very relaxing and cozy. The pool was lovely on the hottest days. The house is cozy and very rustic, but contains everything we need. The only downside, the neighbour's barking dogs, which we had the pleasure of both day and night. But all in all a lovely holiday in a beautiful home with a cozy garden and walking distance to the grocery store, which has everything you need.

We had such a lovely stay here! The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful and the stay is even better than the photos. We played tennis, minigolf, jeu de boules and more. We also had a swim in the nice pool. The highlight is the terrace with the amazing view, the outdoor kitchen and the sweetest dogs. I can highly recommend this place, we will come back for sure!

The host was very friendly and always available to help when needed. House equipped with the necessary utensils and included a stove for cooking meals. Very pleasant and quiet surrounding area, ideal for resting. The air conditioning was perfect for the hot days that were felt. the host has a dog that kept us company. thank you and we want to come back!

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!

I had a really enjoyable stay. The Airbnb matched the description perfectly—it was cozy, comfortable, and surrounded by nature, which made it ideal for a quiet getaway. The area felt very safe and peaceful. The host was great—super responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions and helpful recommendations for the area. The place was very clean overall, and the pool was in good condition too. I also had a chance to meet the owner’s parents, who were very kind and helpful. There were no issues during my stay, and I’d definitely recommend this place to others looking for a relaxing break.

the house is private with amazing views, miguel and his cousin were both very friendly and even offered a late checkout. even with cloudy weather the pool stayed warm enough to enjoy.

Ines is a wonderful person and excellent communicator that responds quickly. She met us upon arrival to show us around and was so thoughtful to leave us fresh fruit and snacks. She also has a vast knowledge of local places to visit, the Portuguese culture, driving tips, restaurants and more. The home was perfect for the 3 of us. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The home is cozy with a working fireplace, a back yard to bask in the sun, great WiFi, and heaters for comfort as needed. Numerous restaurants, local convenience shops, cafes and a cool mall (Vida Ovar) within 10 to 20 min driving. Definitely recommend having a car to explore. I highly recommend her home for a wonderful visit.

We arrived and in felt like home. My daughter's loved the special cake that Marta left for us upon arrival. The house is well equipped with everything you need and more. The bathtub was a favorite, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax and people watch. The beach is only steps away, along with places to grab a snack. We used the bikes for a fun ride and my daughter loved the game room area to read and do crafts. Something for everyone in a picture perfect location. The entire home was impeccable. Thank you Marta for your warm hospitality and attention to detail.

I was looking for a private, welcoming and naturalistic environment. The experience was undoubtedly very worthwhile. David was really nice. He gave us access to an equipped kitchen, the bungalow part, and made us feel super comfortable, which made us feel at home. In addition, in the morning we were surprised with a beautiful breakfast, which stood out for the delicious pancakes. We'll definitely be back. Thank you David!

This Airbnb is like a dream! Book now. It's an old house but the key elements have been renovated to give incredible comfort to the house. The views from the house are superb and the courtyard is very well maintained. We loved having our aperitifs there! Hosts are always available and quick for questions or missing items. And the reception was pleasant and flexible. We needed the essentials for our 6-month-old baby and everything was there! We dream of coming back to stay longer!
