Located less than 2 miles from the Appleton airport, and 32 miles from Lambeau, this executive home sits on a quiet cul de sac. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, two with queen sized beds and there is a bathroom in between them. The master suite sits on the opposite end of the house. In the basement is a rec room and a 4th bedroom and 1/2 bath. There’s a beautiful yard and deck and big fire pit. A great place to stay for EAA or Packers games (take a shuttle bus for about $30 each).

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

We especially enjoyed having so many different areas to spend time together—indoors and out. The game room, movie theater, toddler play area, and basketball hoop were big hits with the kids! A friend and I stayed here for about a week to attend an event in town. Steve, our host, was super flexible with our arrival time and very accommodating. He even went out of his way to supply us with an iron and board last minute, and we really appreciated that! Thank you Steve for having us!

I had a wonderful stay at Hector’s place. A fully stocked kitchen (lots of very nice dinnerware/drinkware and kitchen gadgets) plus a container with coffee, cream, oatmeal etc was available (nice touch). The bathroom was stocked with all the necessities and great linens. The neighborhood is very peaceful and I enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck outside. The neighborhood feels very safe. I had never used the August app to gain entry before, that was very straight forward and easy to use. The unit is so nicely decorated, made for a comfortable stay. The owners were very responsive, a message to them through the app was responded to immediately. The location is perfect, quick car ride to the downtown area and very quick access to the interstate. I would certainly return to this home upon my next visit.
