Our condo is in a great location in Telluride. Ski lifts are just across the river. The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

Beautiful condo in the heart of town directly across the street from lift 7. Shared hot tub with views! Lovely and light filled studio apartment. Queen bed and queen sofa bed. New appliances, washer/dryer, & fully equipped kitchen. You have all the comforts of home in this bright condo with free parking. Mere steps from the slopes & hiking trails & a short walk to the center of town. You will feel relaxed and at home as soon as you arrive thanks to to the inviting atmosphere.

This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. Amazing views from patio.
