Family-friendly holiday rentals in Oulujärvi

Hieno paikka järjestää juhlat! Erityisen kivoja olivat ruokailutila, iso terassi, iso sauna ja palju. Vesa oli ystävällinen majoittaja!

Puolukka on hienolla paikalla järven rannalla. Kolmelle perheelle passelit tilat. Plussaa isosta keittiöstä! Kaikki mahtuivat aamiaiselle ja astioita ja muuta ruoanlaittovälinettä löytyi runsaasti. Voimme suositella lämpimästi.

We loved our stay at Jussi‘s place. Everything was very clean, the surroundings peaceful and quite. He even gave us a really good recommendation where to find local food with high quality. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, he responded quickly, kind and very proactive. All in all an extremely pleasant experience and i would love to come back some time in the future!

Sehr schöne und vielfältige Unterkunft, man hat dort alles was man braucht um sich die Zeit in so einer ruhigen Umgebung zu vertreiben.

Erittäin rauhallinen ja luonnonläheinen mökki saunoineen kuitenkin lähellä palveluja. Kaikki oli todella siistiä ja toimivaa. Viihtyisästä ja tilavasta saunasta irtosi mehukkaat löylyt. Tänne tunsi olevansa tervetullut. Erinomainen ohjeistus sekä ennakkoon että paikan päällä. Kiitos!

Mukava paikka viettää keväistä talvilomaa! Tilaa riitti, asunto oli oikein siisti ja Markku vastasi nopeasti viesteihin. Asunto oli myös oikein mainiolla sijainnilla -rauhallisella päättyvän kadun päässä ja palvelut kuitenkin kävelymatkan päässä. Leikkipaikka oli myös aivan naapurissa.

First I was little bit afraid, because of the railway, but its absolutely fine, very quiet. Apartment its not a fancy one, but its clean and you can find everything you need. After 2 month been there, feel like raelly at home. Good place

Kämppä oli oikein mukava meille neljälle juhannuksen viettoon tahkojuhannus festareiden merkeissä. Kämppä oli siisti ja vastasi kuvia. 20min kävelymatka tahkojuhannus festareille ei ollut paha matka. Markku oli myös erittäin mukava ja antoi selkeät ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiseen, sekä loppusiivoukseen. Suosittelen majoittumista! ❣️

A truly magical place, your own little universe. A quiet and peaceful place like this is not easy to come by these days, especially not with all the modern amenities that Pirjo's place offers. Private sauna, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, near-total isolation with a town still in reach... I could go on. A true gem in the middle of the beautiful Finnish nature and without a doubt the best Airbnb I ever stayed at. Pirjo herself is an amazing host. Not only did she always reply quickly and very helpfully – she went out of her way multiple times to accommodate and go the extra mile for me, organizing helpful things for me that I didn't even ask her to. I am so grateful to Pirjo, whose hospitality has been the cherry on top of this amazing vacation-cake. Also the island's caretaker, Heikki, was super nice and helpful and I'm happy to have met him. Sadly I didn't meet Pirjo to thank her in person but I hope we will once I inevitably come back for another stay.

Koirien kanssa oli helppo majoittua kohteessa, ympäristö on ihanan rauhallinen. Terassilla oli rentouttavaa istua katsellen kaunista järvimaisemaa. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Voin suositella kohdetta.

Would HIGHLY reccomend! It is a very cozy cottage with a fireplace and sauna. The host and the family cared so much about our wellbeing. Very beautiful place with breathtaking landscapes.

Riitta's apartment is a lovely place to stay, very cozy and well-equipped. Riitta is a great host, very helpful and friendly; she proactively sent detailed instructions with maps and photos showing how to get inside - really appreciated. And most importantly, it is a comfortable place to spend some time. A few things have been updated since the photos (e.g. bed and TV); the bed is very nice. As this is her own home, it has everything you will need including some cooking ingredients available for guests' use, and it is expected that guests leave the place cleaned ready for the next guest or for her return - completely reasonable. And she has spent the time to write an extensive local guide with her reviews of places to go in Oulu (with some honest humour about which places are "not very chic" or "full of Nokia engineers"!). The location is very convenient and central, very close to the railway station and a short walk from many shops and restaurants. I'd gladly return for a longer stay.

Very smooth communications with Minna. Checkin was easy and flexible. Location was in a peaceful residential area. Closest store is about 1,4km, you can have a nice walk or then you can order from Wolt/Foodora. Nallikari is a nice short walk away. The apartment was nicely decorated and cozy. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable, it was a bit too small for 2 people. It was quite soft (there was a pit in the middle). Overall we were pleased and it was a nice relaxing weekend. Siisti ja hyvin varusteltu viihtyisä asunto!

Asunnolle oli todella helppo saapua ja auton sai maksuttomaan parkkiin ihan viereen. Asunto on todella hieno ja viihtyisä. Livenä paljon hienompi ja isompi kuin kuvista saa käsityksen. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Asunnolta on näkymät joelle ja ulkoilureitit ihan vieressä. Oltiin todella tyytyväisiä asuntoon ja järjestelyihin. Tätä voi suositella.

Wir hatten ganz wundervolle 15 Tage in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten und direkt am Wasser liegenden Unterkunft. Jeden Morgen im See baden, absolute Ruhe und ein Angelkahn, der uns die ganze Zeit kostenlos zur Verfügung stand und bereits im Wasser auf uns wartete. Manu und seine Frau haben uns mit einem leckeren selbstgeräucherten Fisch und unwiderstehlicher Fischsuppe überrascht. Herzlichen Dank für diese außergewöhnlichen Tage. Wir werden wiederkommen! Unser eigenes Ruderboot konnten wir gut zu Wasser lassen und die Zeit über am Steg festmachen. Das Haus ist hell und gemütlich eingerichtet, viele Fenster und man sieht von Ost nach West aufs Wasser. Wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge! Holz stand immer zur Verfügung, die Sauna ist sooo gemütlich und individuell gestaltet. Es gibt viele Preiselbeeren und die Küche bietet alles, was zur Verarbeitung nötig ist. Geduscht wird in der Sauna, es gibt eine wirklich gute Außentoilette und ein Trenn-WC für die Nacht im Haus.

Loistava sijainti, rauhallinen ympäristö, ja vain lyhyt kävelymatka ravintoloihin, hiihtoladulle ja rinteille. Mökki oli tosi siisti ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Tullaan ehdottomasti majoittumaan täällä uudestaan.

Beautiful setting. Clean and extremely well equipped villa. Photos and descriptions don’t really do the place justice! Hope we can return again.
