This is my second time to stay at Derek‘s place. It will always be my first go to when traveling to Hot Springs. The location is very peaceful and private. This place is spotless. Lots of room to spread out. Very comfortable. Derek is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions or needs. I highly recommend booking this Airbnb. The location is just a short drive to any where you might want to go in Hot Springs.

Hands down the best Hosts I’ve had yet!!! They literally made you feel right at home and were so attentive. Sherri & Terry literally were nice enough to greet us and show us around the same day we got there. Their place has such beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. We got to enjoy the sound of relaxing rain along with watching the humming birds through the windows. My husband and I were there to celebrate our 1 year anniversary with our little one. We were surprised with some little champagne 🍾 bottles which was such a sweet gesture. Super thankful for letting us stay at Susie Q’s Mountain View. We will definitely be coming back.

This was our second time staying here and once again it was a perfect experience. Clean, cozy, comfortable, quiet, easy access to everything, great hosts…it hits every point on our list of ideal accommodations.

We loved our stay here! One of the most peaceful places we’ve ever stayed! Loved the pond and the peacock we saw nearby. Very friendly, communicative staff. Great cabin!

We actually loved being on the edge of the rv park. The kids had room to run around and we never heard our neighbors. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was small but good. The living room did have tv/ internet lights which is where the bunk beds are but kinda work as nightlights for the kids. The recliners were awesome! Great responses from host. There aren't a lot of places to stay in the vicinity but this worked for us because we're outdoorsy, fish-lovin, laid back about a few ants etc.

Very nice accommodations! Nicely furnished with a comfy bed. Very roomy! Well stocked with cooking utensils, towels etc. The shower is huge! There were even bottles of shampoo, conditioner & bath soap! I very much enjoyed my stay!

The place was perfect! Everything was exactly as described. It was easy to get into Hot Springs. It is super close to Garvin Woodland Gardens. The shower was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the view.

A great place to stay that more than lived up to its description. I would highly recommend this listing to others . Mason was very friendly, responsive, and made check in a breeze. I have no doubt that if issues were to arise, Mason would have them fixed in no time at all.

This place was amazing! We are blown away with how great it was and how clean it was. They even knew I was going to a high risk pregnancy appointment and they provide me with an amazing pregnancy pillow!!!

Although this is the second floor of the home, it feels completely private. The space feels much larger than the photos show. It's an open floor plan for the living, dining, and kitchen. The bed in the primary bedroom was extremely comfortable and the area was quiet. We plan to come back with our son as soon as possible. We did not walk the neighborhood, but it is certainly walkable. There is much to do within a few blocks. A few of our favorites were Lost Forty Brewing, The Rail Yard, The Root Cafe, and you don't want to skip going to Pink Olive. Pink Olive is a whimsical gift shop. On our last morning, we ate at The Root Cafe and walked over to Pink Olive. It was the perfect end to our trip. If you are on the fence on where to stay, I highly recommend taking advantage of this gem.

Clint and his space get 5 stars all the way around! He’s the most king and generous host who truly enjoys opening his suave for guests. Always very communicative. We’d stay here or recommend it to anyone!!

We had a wonderful time. The place was adorable, clean, and a good location for some light hiking, fishing and golfing. We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay here! Barry and Kathryn responded quickly when we couldn’t find the pots and pans and got us some. The views were great and we were happy with how open the space was.

Had a one night stop in Sherevport to do some gambling. Miss. Annie made me felt right at home. This location was very peaceful and private. Thanks again, for hosting me. Definitely, a place I will stay again if in the area.

I can't say enough good things about King's Cottage. They property was beautiful and every possible amenity was provided. The decor was extraordinary--I felt like I had walked into the pages of Traditional Home. Lovely antiques and repurposed items with interesting stories behind them, all so tastefully arranged. Added to that were the thoughtful little extras like freshly baked cake, an amazing array of coffees and teas, fresh fruit, and even chocolate Easter eggs! (It was near Easter). And if that were not enough, Missy and Tony are so welcoming and are great hosts. Loved visiting with them and particularly appreciated Missy's help with my local research project. And last but definitely not least, Ruby the pup is a charmer!

Her kindness and genuine hospitality are unmatched, and we connected instantly, as though we’d been friends forever. Rhonda was very kind, accommodating, and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the home was just right for my boy and I. I would stay here again without question.
