Free parking and a large lawn in front of the apartment are available. The apartment has its own entrance and a mini gym. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a "Welcome Basket" with local delicacies. The skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer our guests free bike rental. The location offers an excellent starting point for excursions.

The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Borea Rooms is a peaceful accommodation with kitchenette in village Budanje, in the heart of Vipava Valley. Just minutes away from Ajdovščina and Vipava. Budanje is an excellent starting point for hiking, bike trips (e-bike rental available), landing point for paragliders. Guests can rent four mountain bikes (free of charge). Additional payment: Tourist tax 2,50 € / person / day is payable at check-in. For children up to 7 years old is free. For children from 7 to 18 years old is 1,25 € / day.

Here you can enjoy the peace quite and fresh air. But you can also explore the surroundings, ride, bike, hiking and ski in the winter time at the local ski center Bor. The apartment is in a private house on a slope above the city, in the immediate vicinity of the forest and hiking trails, and not far from the paraglider runway.
