The apartment is located in a very nice community with a large comunal swimming pool to enjoy the hot summer days here in frigiliana. The apartment has been very nicely decorated and offers an amazing south/east facing terrace with wonderful views of the sea and the nature park. The Space Entering through the front door, there is a spacious corredor that leads to the different spaces. The apartment has a spacious open plan lounge and dining room with large sliding doors to make the most of the beautiful views. This space benefits from direct access to the private terrace. There is a good size and well equipped kitchen communicating to the dinning area with an open archway. The entrance hall also leads to two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a King size bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds that can be put together if necessary. The smaller bedroom also benefits of a fitted wardrobes. There is also a beautiful family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The apartment is set up with a strong central air conditioning unit for cooling or heating! Please note that the communal swimming pool is open from the 1st OF JUNE to the 30th OF SEPTEMBER! The house dates back to arab times, it has been fully renovated to high standards maintaining its character and adding all modern amenities, such as air-conditioning, hot air heating and wifi, also has a cast iron wooden fireplace and build in barbecue. The nearest costal town is Almuñecar.

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.
