Separate house with room, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (47m2) In the room there is a sofa bed for two and a single bed (two children at different heights) In the kitchen there is a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine,dishes. For an additional fee, a house sauna, an outdoor sauna (ice hole), a barrel sauna by the pond. Hiking and skiing track 1.5km. Childcare is also possible.

The house combines modern comfort with the craftsmanship of the manor's masters. Outside you can grill, play volleyball, swim in the pond, enjoy the outdoor sauna. On the ground floor there is a lounge with a fireplace, TV, sauna with electric heater, shower, kitchen corner, toilet. On the second floor there are 3 double and one triple room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed, toilet.

Beautiful log house in Otepää city centre and near Tehvandi stadium. Perfect location to go skiing, walk to supermarket or restaurants. Only 2,5 km to Pühajärve beach. On the first floor we have open living room with kitchen and soapstone fireplace. There is also 1 bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, sauna and toilet. On second floor we have 4 bedrooms with 9 beds, bathroom with toilet and storage room. House is very suitable for athletes, locating near by Tehvandi Stadium.

In winter, enjoy a crackling fire and in summer, discover the nearby hiking trails. Ideal for a family vacation or a romantic weekend!

The house is close to the Tehvandi stadium, city center, forest, great views, restaurants and dining. Its closeness to the skiing tracks and of the disc golf park makes it a great place for people who love sports! It being next to the forest and near lakes also gives a nice relaxation oportunity . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Puuküttega saunamaja kamina ja eesruumiga, kus on ööbimiseks 2-inimese lahtikäiv diivanvoodi (155x190cm). Sobib paarile, kes naudib privaatsust looduses ja omaette terrassi männipuu all. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1-1,5h. Saunarätid, käterätid, voodilinad ja joogivesi tuleb kaasa võtta. Tekid ja padjad olemas (50x60cm). Pesemiseks on dušš ja saab nautida tiigis suplust.

The house is located in Nõuni, 8 km from Otepää. Building is designed for a small group of people (max 2 adults+ 2children-family) to have a nice and quiet vacation. We also offer windsurf courses or/and rent windsurf supplies on the summer season. After windsurfing you can enjoy a warm sauna and have a cozy evening. Come and spend some nice time away from the city noise!
