4-room apartment in Villa Auguste

Cozy 4-room apartment in the heart of Hengersberg. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of Villa Auguste, a building from 1890 and attracts not only with the 20 sqm covered evening sun terrace overlooking the Storchennest. The fully equipped kitchen, as well as the living room with a cozy couch and TV (Wi-Fi is of course also available) invite you to spend relaxing evenings in the apartment. But the Villa Auguste is also perfectly suited as a starting point for excursions.

Pretty weird

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

Sports tourists, cultural tourists and business travelers are welcome here. Quiet apartment directly on the Danube overlooking the mountains. Newly built apartment with bright and friendly rooms. Shopping is about 2 km away. The flat offers: a fully equipped kitchen incl. electrical appliances such as stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, bed 180 x 200 cm. Includes towels and linens. Parking is available, No animals allowed, non-smoking apartment!

Shepherd's wagon overlooking a sheep pasture

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Newly renovated, with terrace. 2 nice bright rooms and bathroom. One bedroom and one living room with kitchen and dining area (4 seats). It is completely refurnished, modern, friendly and bright. The double bed is 1.60 metres wide. The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area (1.40 m wide). The kitchen is fully equipped. Joggers, cyclists and nature lovers will get their money's worth. The cycle path is right on the doorstep and leads into the Donauweg.

Das Tiny House 'Am Bach' liegt, wie der Name schon sagt, direkt am Reißinger Bach und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Dem Gast steht ein komplettes Haus mit eigener Terrasse und Privatparkplatz zur Verfügung. Der Bayerische Wald ist ca 30 Minuten entfernt, der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald eine Stunde. Für Motorradfahrer vermitteln wir gerne auf Anfrage Motorrad-Kurven-Trainings im Bayerischen Wald mit einem erfahrenen Fahrertrainer.

Cozy basement room in a quiet location - Am Grieskirchner Feld - fully furnished - with private entrance. Within walking distance are a supermarket and a gas station. In the immediate vicinity (about 150 m) you have the opportunity to use public transport in the direction of Bad Griesbach town center/thermal baths as well as Passau. Private car parking is available at your doorstep - truck parking a few minutes' walk away.

The centrally heated bungalow has an area of about 72 m² and is intended for a regular occupancy of 2 people. External blinds have been installed throughout the bungalow. Towels and bedding are available. The terrace is equipped with seating for up to 4 people. It is very sunny on the terrace until the afternoon. Of course, there is also an umbrella. Each room is equipped with a mosquito net on at least one window.
