Cozy little apartment in a peaceful area centrally located in Lambertseter, with proximity to both the city and the countryside. Perfect for a small weekend trip or vacation in Oslo. It is only a 6-minute walk to Lambertseter center where you will find different shopping opportunities and restaurants including Sushi, here you will find the subway that takes about 20 min to the city center. In addition, you can take bus 74 to Ekeberg, which takes about 11 min. There is also walking distance to nice hiking areas in scenic surroundings around Østmarka.

Possibility of accommodation on a sofa bed in the living room for one person (children under 12 years two persons). Nice patio. Apartment is located near subway (3 minutes) and free street parking. The subway takes 18 minutes to the city center. Several grocery stores are 600m away. Short distance to forests and fields, with lakes you can swim in. In winter you can go skiing and skating.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the house we live in. We are a family of 4 and a small dog living in the rest of the house. Normal noise level from a family must be expected. Located right by the subway and bus. 2 shopping malls, football pitch, skatepark, Manglerud swimming pool. Short distance to Ekebergsletta so great for a family of 4 during the Norway cup. Sofa bed in the living room that becomes 142 cm in bed width. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80 cm each. Can be placed next to each other or stand alone. Linen and towels are included.

The property is located on an island just an 8-minute bus ride from Oslo Center. The bathroom rooms shower and bathtub plus washingmachine and a mini dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dining area.
