Farmhouse in the middle of a wild garden

Our cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Ostrý, which is surrounded by vast pastures and forests of the Jistebnická vrchovina Natural Park. Previously, there was a farmhouse with only stables and nesting swallows. Around the cottage is a large natural garden, which we use in part as a utility and partly as an ornamental. On one side the garden is ended with a pond, a road and a neighboring house, from the other sides it crosses into the open countryside. A cat lives in the garden and in the house and in the yard of a chicken.

Tomova Chata na Orlické Dam

A holiday cottage on the top of the bay on the Orlka Dam near the village of Newiezice. Perfect for fishing, hiking, mushrooming and relaxing in the quiet outdoors. The property has a fire pit, BBQ grill, patio furniture and canyoning. The lower floor of the cottage has a toilet, a bathroom, a dining room with a living room and a fireplace with access to a terrace with a great view of the dam. In the loft is a room and a bedroom with a balcony. The castle of Orlik, Zvíkov and Žďákovské most is located in the vicinity.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.
