On the terrace outside you can fire up the grill or fire pan, follow the fjord life and let the calm sink in. There is a short distance down to several swimming areas, you can walk the coastal path, or, chill.

Perfect for city and countryside holidays. 15 minutes by car to civilization or 20 minutes by train to Oslo S from Snippen station 200 meters away. To Varingskollen Alpine Center it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and cycling routes start at the doorstep. The host lives nearby and is available. The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

Good place also for families with older children/groups of up to four people, two of whom are mobile enough to use the stairs up to the sleeping loft. Private patio and access to lush garden in the summer months.
