The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

At the property boundary, the National Park area begins with a great view of the National Park, the surrounding towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch and Fertörakos, and in the distance you can see the Schneeberg on clear days. Sustainability is very important to me, because my electricity comes from the sun and my organic separation toilet saves a lot of water. When it gets cooler, my wood pellet stove creates a special atmosphere. My huge terrace invites you to relax and there is also a lot to discover in the garden.
