The apartment is the lower level of our home in picturesque Port Washington. Quiet neighborhood, close to parks and close to bike path. There is 1 parking space and a separate entrance in the back of the house. There is a double futon in living area, bedroom has a queen size bed and newly renovated bathroom with a large shower. We are located 2 miles west of downtown Port which has many quaint shops, restaurants and a marina offering many opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation.

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

This home is located in a safe neighborhood, close to the main highway . Close to UWO, shopping, dining, and a few short blocks from a park, fishing and boating. You have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upper apartment for your use. Queen size beds in bedrooms, futon in the living room. Queen size air bed also available . Full kitchen use and parking for 2 cars, free internet, great backyard, use of grill and fire pit. Owner lives downstairs. Pets may be allowed. Children are always welcome.

We began caring for this home and property in 2018, and this 1870's home needed some love. We have been steadily remodeling since we moved in and it's starting to feel pretty great. We're excited to share it and the neighborhood with you. We are two blocks west of North Beach/Deland Park, 4 blocks to the river front boardwalk, home to many restaurants, cafe's, and shops. We are also four quick blocks to downtown which hosts many more restaurants, shops, museums and parks.
