Holiday houses in Oshino, Minamitsuru District

It was a memorable stay and the host sister was very friendly with us and provided all the help we needed.The location of the house is good, you can see Mt.Fuji at home, and only 2 minutes walk from the white bird beach, which makes us see Mt.Fuji sunrise without getting up too early.I highly recommend staying there, and I hope to come back again in the future.

The reception staff was incredibly kind and helpful. As-advertised, beautiful views of Mt. Fuji with a really neat waterfall trail nearby. Shuttle services that were easy to coordinate and delicious locally sourced food options. 10/10 would recommend!!

Efficient and well arranged accommodation with all the essentials to spend his stay, first BnB in Japan for us and we found the layout minimalist but perfect for the space offered. The living room allows you to eat all together, the sleeping arrangements are good. The accommodation is very clean. The small terrace with Mount Fuji right in front allows you to spend a nice moment at sunset (or sunrise:-)) . The convenient blind is close and a few restaurants are a few hundred yards away.

We had an amazing stay at this modern Airbnb near Mt. Fuji. The house is new, stylish, including a BBQ and plenty of kitchen appliances. The only thing missing was a dishwasher and washing machine. The large dining table was perfect for card games and dinners for our group of six. The sauna was a fantastic bonus, and the view of Mt. Fuji from the living area and all three bedrooms was absolutely magical. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Loris Cottage. The place was clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking and daily use. The highlight was waking up and having breakfast on the balcony with a stunning view of Mount Fuji—truly marvellous and felt almost unreal. We also enjoyed walking and using the bicycles provided to explore around the lake, which made the experience even more special. The only challenge was accessing the main area, as it required climbing quite a steep staircase. It might be tiring for those with heavy luggage or for elderly guests, so it’s something to consider. Aside from that, everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful touches, and the unforgettable view made our stay truly memorable. We had a great time and would absolutely love to return if we visit Fuji again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a scenic and peaceful getaway.

Lovely relaxing few days and the view is amazing.

Nice place to stay to explore the fuji region. Close proximity to food, transport and many trails which we really appreciate. The house is beautiful and similar to the pictures! We really enjoyed ourselves there. The kotatsu in the living room was our fav gathering point in the house when it got cold. Host is also very responsive!

Our stay at this property was absolutely beautiful. The view of Mount Fuji from the kitchen window and the rooftop was absolutely incredible. It was a highlight of our holiday in Japan. The house was in pristine new condition and comfortably fit 3 couples in 3 separate bedrooms. The fact the property had 2 seperate bathrooms and 2 seperate showers was also perfect for a larger group travelling together. The communication with the host was very responsive and polite. It was an amazing stay and we will never forget the view from the rooftop! The stay would have been enhanced if the property provided coffee and tea cup, towel hooks in the bathroom, bedside lamps in the bedrooms and a few more kitchen amenities like pepper, soy sauce, washing up detergent and tea towels.

Staying here was totally above and beyond all my expectations, and when booked, the host shoko would have been aware of the personal situation, the travel schedule, interest preferences.On the day of your stay, wait in front of the room, patiently explain the use of every item in the house, and at the same time provide local specialty sweets pastries as a meet and greet.Then, every day of check-in, asked if they needed help, tried to help with every problem, and they sent a snack back that night.On the day of check-out, the weather was inadequate and raining, shoko waited early, and called her husband to drive us to the station, and finally gave us a delicious gong-burn as a farewell gift.Then every part of the house can see the care of the shoko, clean, well prepared items, extra ear-hanging coffee, tea bags, and more.It was the best experience since I traveled in so many years. I will come to Fuji next time, or a friend will come to Fuji, I definitely recommend it 100%!
