It is fully equipped and decorated in a classic - minimalist style. It has a large outdoor terrace overlooking the property. Located 1 km from the beach of "Os Muíños", and 4 km from Muxía.

It is newly renovated, with all the comforts and new furniture, in addition to having thermal insulation. It is ideal for any season of the year; it is not hot in summer, and in winter it has a wood stove that heats the whole house.
