Excellent house. It is really a spectacular home with wonderful views and amenities. It has been built in a high location, so the views of the city are just breath taking. The several gathering areas are cozy. There's a karaoke area in the terrace with disco lights and beatiful views of the city. Juan Carlos was an excellent host in every way. He always responded quickly to our requests. I will recommend this wonderful home for any group of people looking to make long lasting good memories. My group and I had a wonderful time and we will be back again for sure. Thank you so much Juan Carlos for the wonderful stay and for being such an attentive host.

The place is very central, with easy access to shopping venues, restaurants and everything you need, but at the same time it is quiet and perfect for resting. Fantastic location in one of the best areas of Cocha, surrounded by shops and restaurants, with public transportation, a lively and safe area.
