Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ortaca

Suat and his son Mehmet are extremely friendly and helpful hosts who respond immediately to messages and were always very easy to reach. The house is in the middle of a very nice olive grove, very quiet, with sea and mountain views. A somewhat overgrown, but very nice hiking trail leads directly past the house. The equipment is very good (washing machine, dishwasher). A rental car is highly recommended here. The sandy beach is within 5-10 minutes walking distance and also well suited for children.

Comfortable home for my family of 5; the air conditioning is super cold, showers are hot, bedsheets smelled freshly laundered, washer machine helped me clean our clothes after trip to the beach, and wifi signal was strong. The apartment is located in a village, so you have to drive to get to restaurants, but it was lovely living in authentic Turkish setting. I wanted to stay one day, but ended up staying 3, and it was very restful. Location is close to good local restaurants, and within 30 minutes of really nice beaches. The older couple that own the place are so sweet and welcoming. Thank you all for making my family's stay so comfortable!

Ali was a fantastic host to us. He was a great help with our check in and leaving. The apartment was spacious. clean, well-equipped, and very affordable. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Although Aydın, the owner, was not present, he was always very helpful and responsive over the phone. Firdevs, the property manager, was incredibly kind, attentive, and available whenever we needed anything. The communication was excellent throughout our stay, and we felt well taken care of. Ms. Perihan is a very good host and her house is a very good house that meets the needs. We never thought we would have had such a good experience. It made us feel like we were in our own home, and we even thought, “We were the first to hire it so far.” The location of the house is enormous. It can even be a great choice if you have a car and are going to visit the surrounding places. Because it's close to everything. Many thanks to Ms. Perihan.

Everything was very good. We had a happy week. A villa where 3 families can stay comfortably. In fact, 4 families can stay comfortably without children. 4 bedrooms have 4 bathrooms. There are plenty of places to visit nearby, beautiful bays to swim in. I think the location is good.

It was very good. They were hospitable, the house is very nice and everything is available, if the weather is a little warmer, we could use the pool more efficiently, we would like to go again in hot weather

We really enjoyed the holiday in the villa. We will be happy to come back! A few minor renovations should be done. The driveway is a bit adventurous because it's so steep, but after a few trips it doesn't stand out anymore. The environment is totally beautiful, a rental car is recommended, so you can quickly get to Dalaman, Ortaca and all the beautiful beaches in the area.

Very nice, small apartment. Were there with our two small children. Nurcan and her family took care of us warmly and we felt very welcome. Slightly more rural the surroundings but with lots of charm and far away from mass tourism. We can recommend it without hesitation. Small supermarket around the corner and a parking space right outside the front door.

Everything was just great. We were very comfortable during the holiday. When we first spoke to Ms. Tuba on the phone, we had already felt that warmth and trust. When we went to his house, he reflected the same warmth in his house. Very clean, organized and everything was considered for the people who came. We have much fun during the holiday We three families went. It was very thoughtful to have toys for kids, coloring books, storybooks. The kids and we were very comfortable. A place where you can easily do your shopping close to the center. I'm glad we spent the holiday in such a place. Thanks again for your interest in Ms. Tuba. There's really been a place we'd prefer to do it again on another vacation plan🙏🏻🌟🌟🌟

It is a very nice place in terms of location, a quiet and beautiful place away from the noise. The only thing I see missing is the glass and spoon and fork, there are few of them, there is nothing negative other than that, I would like to stay again
