The two houses are located on the last street in front of the lake, almost directly connected to the beautiful lake, just a few steps from the Kakasszék Health Institute and about 5 kilometers from the popular Gyopárosfürdő.

In one direction, the pedestrian street of the city center, Kárász Street, is 150 meters away, while in the other direction, you can reach the banks of the Tisza at the same distance.
