Family house with pool, in the Parc naturel régional du Perche. Comfortable, the house was completely renovated in 2021. In absolute calm, at the edge of the Perche state forest and surrounded by meadows occupied by horses, the house overlooks on one side a wooded park and on the other a garden with a secure outdoor swimming pool heated from May to September. The house is 10 min from Mortagne, 30 min from Bellême, 2h from Paris and 15 min from the Aigle train station. Great for a family stay!

Venez vous détendre ou télétravailler en pleine nature ! Spacieuse, très confortable, la maison peut accueillir 7 personnes, plus un enfant. Elle est située à 900 m du centre-bourg, dans un hameau de 3 maisons en bordure de forêt, et permet de rejoindre les commerces de proximité (boulangeries, pharmacie...) à pied, et de partir direct en balade dans la forêt de Perche Trappe. Le tout à 15 min de Mortagne, à 2 heures de Paris via la N12, et à 10 min de la base de loisirs nautiques de Soligny.

Big patio with dining area outside and sofa chair. Huge garden. You can park you car/ bike inside our garden without any risk.

The house is nice, comfortable, cool in the heatwave. The place will be appreciated by nature lovers (birdsong, etc.) Well exposed, sheltered from the wind and close to a pond and a wood, it has a wooden terrace above the stream, a vegetable garden and a small chicken coop. The house, renovated, full of charm, is not overlooked, at the end of a path. It is 2 km from basic shops (small market on Friday).
