Charming apartment building from 1860

Bungalow from 1860 that has been refurbished so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood stove which is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 pieces. There can also be an extra pair of guest beds and there is the possibility to sleep on the couch so there is room for many.

In the surrounding area we have Vestfossen Kunstlaboratorium, Fossesholm, Chocolate Salon and a Sanse Garden. In Hokksund we have Nøstetangen Museum / Norsk Glass Museum and Eiker Gårdsysteri to name a few. Many hiking areas and, swimming areas nearby. The place is located in a cutout landscape, quietness and room for play and creativity is easily accessible. Great for a family or friends looking for a great summer spot.

Newer apartment

I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standards. It has sheltered nice and sheltered location and there are good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short way to the city centre. There is also short distance to bus, train and grocery store. Marka and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the outdoorsy. Since it is my home I rent out, there will be some very few items I am unable to remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive.

Its a cosy room appartmen with a loft with a wooden style and a large terasse. Its close to the woods and mountains, you can take walks from the house or drive futher to get higher up on the mountain tops. Its a nice place with friendly neighbours on a farm area. Here you can also go swimming in the river in the summer and go skiing in the winter. And its close to the big ski resort in Kongsberg.
