The place is very well equipped and comfortable, perfect for an extended stay. We were especially happy to find toys for our baby, which made it all the more welcoming. Marilia was a great host, and I really enjoyed staying there. I had a vehicle, but it was within walking distance of restaurants, the mall, and the grocery store. Quiet neighborhood with great views. The apartment is well put together and extremely clean. I highly recommend it.

We spent one weekend I, my husband, my daughter and seven friends. The house is very modern and cozy. The excellent fire square for a wine sip. The place for the barbecue very good and wide to fraternize. Marinada was a great host, made them feel at home. we will be back for sure.
