La vue mer est fantastique, l'accès à la plage est immédiat et la résidence possède deux piscines, un vrai bonheur de vacances ! Les restaurants et boutiques sont à 5 mn à pieds de SUNRISE 44 La décoration est soignée et tout est fait pour que vous passiez des vacances inoubliables. Cette villa est équipé d'une citerne donc il ne peut pas avoir de coupure d'eau.
