Holiday rentals with a patio in Orient Bay

Great location, right in the heart of the restaurants, supermarket below and on the doorstep of the beach. Main bed was super comfortable and the swinging chair on the balcony was lovely to chill out in. Thank you to Maeva for her comprehensive instructions and wealth of recommendations 🙏

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

The airbnb was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. The studio sits below a villa that has the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. The view was gorgeous, the interior design was amazing, and the hosts thought of everything. They were very responsive with any needs. We will surely stay here again

This Airbnb was a great value for the price. It was well-maintained, had everything we needed, and the host’s thoughtful touches made the stay that much more enjoyable. The pictures of the condo unit were EXACTLY as they were advertised on this site. The Condo was in Excellent condition. They complex where the unit is located is a wonderful with location that is in the heart of the Cupecoy area of the island. The host was very accommodating and answered important questions prior to us booking. The service we received upon arrival was equally outstanding and responsive. The overall experience was Excellent. The combination of location, the complex, the unit and host all added up to be one of the best units we have rented on this platform, to date. I would 100% recommend this location and the unit to anyone who wants an amazing place to stay in St. Maarten. It is a perfectly located spot on the island. We'll be back for sure! Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable with great views. From the security to the amenities very nice. Simona responded quickly with any questions we had. A great place to stay. We would definitely book again.

Outstanding apartment in every aspect. Spotlessly clean, super comfortable and very well equipped - everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was provided. Having a washing machine was real bonus too. There are many fabulous restaurants and beach bars within an easy 10 minutes walk. We were spoilt for choice! However, the absolute highlight of this apartment is the spectacular view. We spent many hours watching the changing weather, the small aircraft landing nearby, the birds and the wildlife and the yachts in the bay below. As other guests have mentioned - the driveway is particularly steep but fortunately, only short. Don’t let that put you off booking. You will not regret it!!

Beautiful airbnb with all that you would need for a great stay. It looked exactly like the picture. Peaceful, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything was really close by ( restaurants and entertainments etc). Laurean gave clear and direct instructions on how to find and check in to the airbnb. Would definitely come back here and recommend this place to others.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

The Villa was as described in the add and pictures were the reality. We enjoyed the pool and quietness therefore we relaxed. Our favorite restaurant was the Vietnamese Bistro (Savannah) and the bakery which were in walking distance. Our host Marie was fantastic. She met us upon arrival and gave us valuable information and responded quickly to our inquiries making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Daniel

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

Patricia was a most fantastic host. SO friendly, and super helpful, there to greet me with thorough orientation upon arrival. I needed help with a few things and Patricia always went above and beyond, even offering things before I thought to ask for them. My appreciation of Patricia’s hosting is matched by the stunning vista of Petit Cle and sea from the beautiful pool terrace, which made for memorable morning tai chi. And the studio itself was most comfortable, including the bed. The location access is a little funky (in part because of the elevation), and be aware there is a flight of stairs up to the studio - all worth it for a stay with so many amenities. Good central location for access to everything from Orient Bay to Pinel ferry and Anse Marcel.

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is cozy and well-equipped, making it a perfect place to relax. The highlight for me was the beautiful balcony, where I enjoyed my morning coffee with a lovely view. Highly recommend!

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful place for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and located within a gated community, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the breathtaking views of Indigo Bay. Leanne and her team were very responsive and helpful, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. We enjoyed the Indigo Bay beach club (walking distance or a very short car ride away) - beautiful beach and delicious food. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

The home is everything you want and more! New and modern furniture paired with beautiful delicate decorations and plants. The home really has every appliances and utensils you might need (from alluminium foil to veggie cutter.. ). the balconies offer an amazing view of the lagoon and even cruise ships that pass by. The walk-in shower passes through to the balcony with an amazing view of the lagoon. From the moment you arrive you feel right at home! Marion is very attentive, welcoming and discreet and if needed always available to offer help or advice. Marigot is a beautiful caribbean town during the day with everything you need (bakery, pharmacy, small supermarket, restaurants and bars.. ) The surrounding area of the lagoon is unfortunately a little run down and in the evening and night it's a little shabby. However in the evening from your balcony you can hear a faint jazzy music coming from the restaurants around the lagoon which is very pleasant. We can't wait to be back!

Wonderful apartment with all the amenities in a great location. Steps to wonderful restaurants, groceries, and of course the spectacular Orient Bay. An ideal place to stay.
