The bedroom sleeps 2 guests configurable as double or twin. Bathroom with shower. Patio doors open to a terrace. Air con/heating & wifi. No infants. No children under 8 when pool open (Mar-Nov).

Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

There is also a two bedroom casita on the property. Free parking on the property. We welcome people form all backgrounds.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Buenavista is a spacious country house with a private swimming pool set in beautifully landscaped gardens. As its name would suggest, it has amazing views of the countryside and the Sierra de Lujar mountains. Buenavista is next to Jasmin Cottage (also available for rent), but is entirely separate from it. Buenavista sleeps 4 adults and 2 children and is a perfect base for exploring Granada, the coast and Las Alpujarras.

The stone cottage is located just 2.5 kilometers from the town of Orgiva, offering a rustic and authentic living experience. One of its standout features is the breathtaking views of the mountains that can be enjoyed from both the pool and the porch. Despite its secluded location, the cottage maintains a sense of connection as it is not isolated. Situated in a rural setting within the lower foothills of La Alpujarra.

Two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete the interior part. Outside you can relax in a very nice garden with terrace and private salted swimming pool (less than 10% of salt compared with sea water and no chemicals).
