Ideal for one or two guests seeking a quiet, inspiring retreat. Be prepared for a 30-min walk from the city centre — not very central by Tartu standards. However, bus stops are near and I have 2 old bikes. This is my part-time home, happily shared when I’m away.

In the middle of beautiful pine forests there is a tiny house, an old farmplace. It has all the amenities you need for a peaceful retreat – silence, solitude, beautiful nature, a warm fireplace, sauna and starry nights. You can enjoy real Estonian farmlife - bring water from the well, make food on a woodheated stove and heat the sauna. And most importantly – work and worries can’t reach you here! There is no internet and the limited electricity is powered by the sun. Come and enjoy peace!

We offer a cozy stay in Võru with all the amenities for a nice stay. The appartement with a sauna is spacious and bright and suitable for couples, families and smaller groups. The apartment has a sleeping area with stairs to another level with a comfortable bed, an equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed. In addition, guests can enjoy a private sauna. The appartement is located in the center of Võru with a short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants.

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.
