There is also a myriad of golf courses near by. For dinner with a great view head over to the other side of the lake to the Lake House bar and grill for adult beverages on the lake with great food. For upscale dining Clark’s restaurant is a good choice. Bike,hike,or cook out over at Santee state park which is only 10 minutes away

It was very good weekend and we had a lot of fun swimming in the pool, fishing at the pond, and exploring the area around. Denise is the best host . Were definitely planning to come down again again. Highly recommend for anyone.

This is truly a hidden gem. The property is nothing short of amazing. We had such a relaxing and nice time. We brought all our own food and used the awesome kitchen. The owner was accommodating, responsive when needed and even left a great birthday surprise for my young daughter. There is a cute picnic table on the grounds compete with chandelier hanging from a tree over the water. We roasted marshmallows at the fire pit and walked the private property daily. The town is small with a local Piggly Wiggly and Family Dollar. The front of the house does face the main road with businesses across the street, but the design of the house has the living spaces on the back side facing the water so that is where all our time was spent. My only wish is that visitors are allowed to fish in the water on the property. I highly recommend this gorgeous home as when you enter the gate it’s like entering your own private paradise! Thanks Maria for allowing us to have a much needed respite from this hectic world right now.

Everything was perfect. Exactly what we needed. It was a little hot inside the house for our liking but we are very cold natured people. It was super close to the assembly hall! The pool was an amazing spot to beat the heat and relax. The media room was amazing. Overall five star place to stay!

Lori was the best host ever, she was very helpful at all times and never seemed to busy to respond back in a timely manner. The stay was lovely and peaceful her place was immaculate from top to bottom, and felt very inviting and at home when I walked in.
