Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Orange County

Great location in a very quiet snd safe neighborhood. my cat loved the screened in porch and it was a nice place to have coffee and breakfast in the morning. I left laundry detergent and toilet paper as there wasn't any when arrived. Emily and Greg let me change my check-out date and extend for a few extra days which was nice. Very comfortable place to stay

The house was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly situated in a fantastic location—easily walkable to downtown Durham and all it has to offer. It was the ideal spot for our small group, providing both comfort and convenience. Cosmo was incredibly clear and easy to work with, making the entire process seamless from start to finish. His thoughtful communication and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed. If you're looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and well-equipped stay in Durham, this is the place to book! Everything was amazing. She thought of everything- pet dishes( we didn’t have pets), booster seat, outdoor play set. We loved the outdoor furniture for relaxing and resting. Sara was quick to reply to messages and made the house rules clear. Our party of 5 adults had more than enough room and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Sara really did have everything one might need while staying there. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed here with 12 of our family members for graduation and it was the perfect place for all of us! The kitchen was great. We loved the outdoor space (and the hot tub). They’ve done a great job preserving the historic nature of the house while also updating- my Aunt was raving about how much she loved the shower! We loved that we could walk to the farmers market on Saturday morning! Taylor was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

Great stay right outside of downtown Graham. Quick 10 minute walk to downtown area with restaurants, bars, coffee, and a fun soda shop! The house was beautiful and very spacious. Hot tub was clean and private. Will definitely stay again!

To sum it up, this is by far one of the nicest homes available that my family has stayed in on Hyco. This is the type of home you would expect to see on HGTV or Magnolia Network. This home does not feel like a rental home but more like a true getaway. The main road cut through a cattle pasture. We were greeted with roaming cows on our way in our out. We enjoyed this. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and there on Lake Time. You will spend the majority of your time outside if the weather permits. Between the large dock to enjoy the water, and the fire pit to watch the sunset, there will be little time spent inside if you come to enjoy Hyco. The house was in immaculate condition. It was furnished with everything one would need. Kathryn provided very clear and detailed instructions for the property. She also helped provide additional information for us trailering our boat there. Kathryn was a very gracious host. I hope to stay there in the future. Best Airbnb on Hyco.

Great communication, great neighborhood

This place was absolutely beautiful. The wife and I just needed a little getaway and this was everything we were looking for the lake was beautiful and great for fishing. Even our puppy. Had a great time. Would recommend going back.

What an amazing and tranquil place to stay, sit on porch, listen to the water and watch deer stroll through the yard. Very convenient to many of the surrounding areas and restaurants but we were content to just enjoy the peacefulness, read and relax. We ate at Smokehouse of Steve's and did some grocery shopping there and at the Saxapahaw General Store. This place to stay has the magic!

We had a wonderful stay, the Airbnb was peaceful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days. It was exactly what we were hoping for. We’re already looking forward to coming back and making more great memories here!

We totally recommend staying here, it was so lovely! The view was beautiful and in such a cute spot. Lisa was so friendly and sweet and we really appreciate how understanding and accommodating she was with us. We definitely will return!
