Садиба Сокіл знаходиться в Київській області, с. Новосілки Вишгородського району, в 20 км від Києва. Це традиційна хата-мазанка (обігрів ​піччю на дровах), але з усіма сучасними зручностями. Побудована в 1937 році. При реконструкції будинку, ми прагнули зберегти оригінальний сільський характер будівлі, забезпечуючи при цьому комфортне місце для відпочинку. Все витримано в автентичному стилі: глиняний посуд, меблі ручної роботи з дерева та глиняна піч на дровах для приготування їжі.
