Fabulous views from the windows, from balconies and territory to the sea and mountains at the same time. Ideal for a family holiday.

My place is good for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Montenegro. It is a small building and our apartment is on the top floor, with a stunning view over the bay. It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). Camellia 3 is an apartment in a building that is close to the shopping center of Camellia.The city beach is across the street.The old town is at 5 min walk.The city promenade starts at a minute walk from the apartmentNearby is a large number of cafes, pizzerias,restaurants. The main bus station is at 15 min. walk. Apartm. has a large front terrace and a balcony .on the back side of the apartment with a nice view of the mountains and the bay.

By The Sea

The apartment is 200 meters from the Old Town, 10 meters from the beach. Near the apartment there is a shopping center. It is about 1 km away from the bus station, and from the Tivat airport 10-15 minutes drive. Near the apartment there is a bakery (2 minutes from the apartment), there is also a restaurant which is located by the sea where you can relax with our traditional food and glass of wine. The bathroom renovated in 2024 😊

The apartment is distanced just 6 meters from sea. It is duplex apartment with two reserved parking spaces. Located in a suburb of Tivat at a distance of 12 km from city center. Apartment includes two sunbeds and berth for the vessel and barbecque. In 250 meters you have the nearest grocery shop and a in 2 km Aroma and Voli supermarkets. You have many beautiful beaches around.

Cute apartment with the sea view and private beach that is used by my family and our Airbnb guests. Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning, laundry room, parking etc. Please note: the lounge chairs and terraces are for exclusive use for our guests, but we cannot forbid anyone to be on pier or rock part of the beach!
