Le Moulin de la Forge: loft between woods and river

In the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, 30 minutes from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the alley of old trees welcomes you in a bath of greenery. The wooded land on 6 ha is nestled in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

La Berthussie

La Berthussie is situated at the edge of Cussac, a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve: soft hills, lakes, historical sites, and lovely walking trails. Our peaceful and spacious house of 240 sq. m can easily host a family of 8. It is surrounded by a vast mature garden, a private pond just 50m from the house, a chestnut orchard and fruit trees. The supermarket is 5 minute walking distance, as are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square.

La Petite Maison

Our house from 1829 has been renovated in a style that mixes the old and the modern. Upon entering, you will be seduced by a large living room with all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, a bedroom for two and a bathroom equipped with a large shower. Upstairs, in the converted attic, there is another double bed, a single bed and a baby bed, as well as everything you need to keep your family entertained. A garden with seating area and gas barbecue.

The Maison Tombée du Ciel is an atypical 44 m² maisonette in the heart of Rochechouart, a town marked by the impact of a meteorite. Formerly a pastry laboratory and then a tea room, the place has retained its warm and singular character. In this cozy and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, it is wonderful to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in the summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already waiting for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course, everyone is welcome with us.
