Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Openshaw

We had a great stay, Ian was very responsive and helpful with any issues we had - great location, very close to Piccadilly gardens and tram stop just outside - you could hear a bit of street noise at night but that’s to be expected from an old property, maybe bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Beautiful interior design & clean - would definitely stay again!

Without doubt, one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! Absolute spotless inside, beautiful garden, exactly as described and a fantastic location for getting to Manchester. Mike has thought of every detail and it was ideal for myself, my husband, our two boys and our dog. Honestly couldn't fault it. Mike's instructions were easy to follow and he provided lots of helpful information before we arrived. 100% recommend!

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

we only stayed for two nights but it was a very pleasant stay. The location of the flat is super convenient - just a short drive to the city centre and the Co-op arena. Still nice and quiet for a restful night. The block is secure with fob access and having parking was a bonus. Check-in (and check-out) was seamless with clear instructions, and the flat itself was spotless and well maintained. Communication was excellent throughout. The booklet with historical background on the building was a nice touch. It was also reassuring to know the host was easy to reach if needed. Would recommend!

The elevator was broken, I had to carry my bags to the first floor.

Great place for a visit up to Manchester. Easily accessible off the motorway, easy to locate. Comfortable for both of us, just what we wanted. Highly recommended

The apartment is located in central Manchester , with tram, bus , train station close by. Many restaurants of all kinds near by. The flat is on first floor and the lift was not working. A lady from the shop in ground floor helped us to carry the luggage up. Dominic was very responsive through messaging, though there was an initial confusion about the instructions for getting in. He was also kind enough to let us do an early checkin. The second double bed is on the mezzanine floor above kitchen and the stairs access to that is a little unstable. One has to be careful when climbing up and down. Kitchen has adequate amenities like oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, washing machine. and very limited consumables like tea/ coffee powder and some milk.

I had a fantastic two night stay here. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The location is spot on with everything within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed as a family group for a two day event. House had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen to cook for ourselves. A small problem we had on arrival was reported to Rachel who responded and rectified very quickly. Note, stairs are very steep but this is a Victorian building and advised on listing. Great friendly pub, The Sidings, two minutes walk away! All in all, a great stay 😊

It was more than ’Great ‘ it was magnificent! This young woman creates a unique modern vibe with a sense of respect for the mansion’s rich Victorian heritage. Inspiring decor throughout with amusing touches reflecting the family’s Spanish history. Loved Jessica for her flair, warmth and thoughtful kindness towards an elderly woman. Ade's place was wonderful for us, he was very responsive and super helpful throughout our stay. The location was very good for us, and is a 3 minute walk to the Metrolink train if you want to get to the city center or stadium. The kitchen is well equipped with a washer/dryer and all the essentials you need, plus a great BBQ and backyard. The place could use a paint job and a bit of TLC, but for a short stay it's just fine.

Home from home. Super comfortable, and relaxed. Easy parking, nearby public transport. Lovely touches like fresh coffee and oat milk. Very helpful hosts. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this property a number of times it is always in excellent condition clean with all we need for our stay the host has great communication through out our stay i would highly recommend and stay again

Great place to stay, the whole place is pretty clean, had a very homey vibe, and jack includes a lot of amenities that other places don’t even bother giving. Honestly an amazing place to stay, which the common area on the middle floor it gave almost like a high quality college dorm vibe. 100% would recommend. The only thing to mention is that during the summer the nights can get a little warm due to the lack of AC, but that is not the hosts fault as ACs are not the most common thing in the UK where usually the weather doesn’t get to warm. If I’m every coming back to Manchester, will definitely have this place in mind!

My teenage daughters and I stayed at James’s place, it was easy to access, communication was great with James and a small issue whilst it couldn’t be rectified at the time (it didn’t bother me) he informed me it was fixed after we left which is great. There was a local store to get bits and pieces of food and drink. Easy access to Manchester and a view of the river from the back of the property. The girls said it was also good for tiktok’s or Insta posts as it had good mirrors!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this property! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better in person. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What truly set this stay apart, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, attentive to our needs, and always polite and professional in every interaction. Any question we had was answered quickly and helpfully, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our experience. Allison and Team are just wonderful. A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

Great place to stay in Manchester. Really spacious flat with comfortable bed and common areas. I’d been staying in hotel for several days, so it was nice to have a washing machine, full kitchen, and even a tub in the bathroom and make myself at home for a few days. The location is really quiet and off the beaten path. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the heart of the Northern Quarter, and more time to other areas of downtown. Lots to see and do in Manchester, but mostly just really enjoyed having a wander around. Had a really good time visiting all the bakeries in neighboring Ancoats! I ended up making this booking on the same day I was checking in and Ryan was really communicative in both accepting and the booking and getting me checkin details quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Warren was an absolutely incredible host, excellent communication throughout the entire process and provided us with clear instructions and recommendations for both parking and local food locations. The place is beautiful, looks just like the photos, one of the beds is slightly smaller than expected but definitely suitable for a smaller person. We stayed as a group for one night and found it easy to access and utilise all the facilities. The space was clean and felt safe. Warren was flexible to us checking in later and was responsive throughout. Overall, I would massively recommend! We loved our stay!

I had a great stay at Linden’s apartment! The location is perfect—right next to Manchester United’s stadium and close to the city center, making it super convenient for both sightseeing and transport. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Communication with Linden was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Manchester.
