Generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Unheated pool was a little too chilly the beginning of June, but great back yard space for grilling and visiting. A lounge chair with an adjustable back for reading would make it even more amazing. Loved that I could go for a walk on quiet country roads in the morning. Thank you Traci for all the extra's, your home worked out perfectly for us and we'll be back!

I loved this place so much! We are definitely going back at some point in the summer for that pool! But everything was perfect and everyone had a great time! The house was so cozy but huge! It felt like we’ve been there forever when we got there, the hot tub was so relaxing especially with the view! I love this place and the driveway isn’t that bad but you will definitely need 4WD! It’s like a fun slow roller coaster lol😂! We also saw a group of turkeys every morning and they were so cute!

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy a weekend with friends while we attended an outdoor concert at Wayne County Fairgrounds. This definitely hit the mark! Four adults and dog were very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, great kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out, and comfortable house overall. Even saw two deer and a fox in the backyard one night! Highly recommend because Kenneth was more than accommodating.

The place is beautiful in a great setting. I really appreciated how quickly Vibe/owners responded to my messages and questions throughout our stay.

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Our stay at the playhouse was awesome. The place is cozy and matched with what was published in pictures. Connie was a great host and very flexible with our check in / out times. The pool wasn’t available during our staY. It would have been great if it was mentioned in the post or communicated to us prior to booking. The pool and grill area can take bit of cleaning. Other than that place is awesome, and would definitely recommend.

We spent a weekend at Jessica's place for a Bachelorette event/wine tour. The house was spacious and clean for 8 guests. Jessica was proactive, responsive, and very friendly. We really enjoyed the farmhouse charm as well as the outdoor amenities plus peaceful backyard. The house was close to town for access to local restaurants and stores. We really enjoyed our stay. I had the most incredible stay at this remote getaway! The location is absolutely stunning—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. It was the perfect escape to unwind and recharge. The space was beautifully maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking to disconnect and soak in some serious beauty, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was absolutely beautiful with an even more beautiful view, the kayaks and paddle boards were easily accessible and were a ton of fun on the lake, Mary was a great host. We had some weather related incidents and she responded within minutes. The only negative thing I could say is, we should’ve booked it for longer, we didn’t want to leave. It was very fun weekend!

We stayed at this beautifully restored 1800s schoolhouse over the weekend and absolutely loved it. It was the perfect little escape from the city, a peaceful, charming spot that feels like a step back in time (in the best way). Thoughtfully updated with all the modern comforts, while still holding onto its historic charm. The natural light, cozy touches, and quiet surroundings made it such a relaxing stay. We brought our bikes and rode around Canandaigua Lake, highly recommend if you're into cycling! There’s so much beauty to take in, and coming back to this peaceful retreat at the end of the day was just what I needed. Thank you for creating such a special place!

Great house to stay at and host a retirement party for our mom. Lots of space for the kids to play and run around. The wood stove made the place nice and warm. The beds were comfy. The generator was a plus to have with the power outage in the neighborhood. Also lots of nostalgia being close to Flint Creek campground where we used to camp as kids.

I had a fantastic three-night stay at this charming, up-to-date cottage. It was cozy and welcoming, with a spotless bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower and stocked with plenty of fresh towels. The bedroom was comfortable, and I slept great each night. The location is easy to find, right off the main road, which was super convenient. I also enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi, nice TV, and the thoughtful touch of a Bose Wave radio with a selection of music CDs. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Our family absolutely loved our weekend at Justin's retreat! It was comfortable, peaceful and relaxing, with lovely views! We are hoping to come back this summer!

We had an amazing stay at the Canandaigua Charmer! It was cozy, felt like home and had everything we needed. It was close to the CMAC, the lake and delicious restaurants like Coho. We would love to stay here again!

Just returned from our 4th visit to Jill and Mario’s absolutely beautiful house, and had another fabulous experience! Three things really stand out. First, the view of the lake and backyard is stunning. Second, the house is immaculate. And third, it is very thoughtfully well-stocked with necessities and kitchen items. We loved kayaking and enjoyed a fire and making s’mores out back. Jill and Mario are great hosts!

We had a great experience at Nicole’s! Everything was ‘as-is’ from the listing photos and descriptions and that put us immediately at ease when we checked in. The entire home was clean, roomy, comfy, and visually appealing. There were 6 adults in our group and everyone agreed we would stay here again! Nicole was easy to communicate with and provided us with all the details we needed to find the home and check in without hassle. We would highly recommend others to book with her!

beth has such a lovely home. It was a perfect space for my family (2 kids under 10). With the main house being on property Beth was quick to respond to questions. The property is beautiful! We hope we might be able to stay there on our next visit to the area.

Rhonda and Mike are great communicators who provided simple, easy instructions for directions to the house, check in, and check out. Perfect location for our needs; extremely clean and well maintained home with all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I are beyond pleased with staying at Christine’s place. It was everything she had described and very clean. Christine also introduced herself to us and we had a wonderful morning conversation with her. She was very respectful and it was a great pleasure to meet her. We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone who will be visiting or staying in the Geneva area. We will definitely be staying here again. 😊

Great location if you want to unwind and get away from the busy world! It is so pretty and relaxing! House was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed! Great! For all the ages of kids we had with us! Lots of toys and games.
