Great stay - and perfect for a visit to Beak & Skiff. The property was beautiful with an enormous pool / backyard area! Michael was very accessible and responsive, thank you for the hospitality!

We were very happy with the accommodations. There is plenty of room for a family gathering. We had a pre-funeral gathering of 10 people from all over the country and were very comfortable. The hot tub was great. It was too early for the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. This would be an excellent retreat for a family of six for an extended stay in the summer or winter. A great location for a private getaway. Close to Syracuse (20 minutes) for entertainment trips.

Our stay in this stunning farmhouse in Cazenovia is one my family will never forget! The home itself is a treasure and made us feel like we were in an HGTV episode it was so beautifully curated. It felt like true luxury. The amenities were above and beyond and there were cute little touches like a prepped jar of s'mores fixins for nighttime campfires. Our kids loved exploring the property the entire time—they didn't ask to watch TV for 3 days straight which has to be some kind of record! All in all, I highly recommend this property!

A completely renovated country house on a beautiful plot of land with a great view of Skaneateles Lake. This place has everything you need for a perfect Finger Lakes getaway- a lovely home, deck, pool, sauna... and that view! Really wish we had more time to enjoy it. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great property for me and party of 10 to just relax and rejuvenate before a big wedding. The highlight was the privacy, completely enclosed backyard with a pool so my girls felt safe & secure. There was more than enough space for all of us to get comfortable. Everything was labeled, which made it so easy to find things and know what we can and cannot use. While the price is a bit steep, it is well worth it if you’re considering hosting a larger group. I am from Syracuse and properties in the suburbs never miss! Thank you Chris.

This was a very beautiful nature space. When I walked in my first impression was the clean smell and open space. I was able to study for a big event and work while looking out at nature. I would definitely stay here again.

Cheryl’s place was charming and very spacious! The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was very convenient to Syracuse and the surrounding area. We didn’t use the dining room but it would have been a great space for a large group. Cheryl was very responsive and check in was easy. We will definitely be back.

Cute house. Very well restored. Love the glass door knobs. Bathrooms were updated. The dishwasher was out and the host did not tell us about it until right before our trip. Ironically our dishwasher had also just gone out in our house. Was not a big deal for us. Cute place and we would stay here again.

Our stay was great from start to finish. The host was very communicative prior to check in and throughout our stay. I had a ton of questions and she took time to answer them all. She was accommodating to our situation and so sweet to wish our son good luck at his basketball tournament! The house was amazing, cozy clean and as my son said "staked". I couldn't find a light for candles, and the hosts dropped on a lighter with a new candle, with no interruption of the stay. Normally we go out to eat when we are traveling for tournaments but this place was so cozy we decided to make dinner there. We also brought our pups - and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure our fur babies had a wonderful stay as well. If we're ever in the area again we will booking here for sure! PS...the beds....oh the beds...were something from a dream.

Ryan's place is one of the best Airbnb homes we have visited and pictures do not do the place justice. The open concept layout is great and the entire house is furnished and decorated beautifully. The living room is so cozy with the electric fireplace and the leather recliner (which is not in the pictures) in addition to the sofa. The master bedroom is very spacious and there is a second TV which my husband appreciated. The house is fully equipped and very clean. This was the second time staying at this Airbnb and we will stay here whenever we are in the area. This house is conveniently located to so many stores and restaurants and only 2 min to Target, Tops, Panera bread, McDonald's and 3 min to Starbucks. Wegmans and Trader Joe's is only about 8 min away and Syracuse U is 18 min away. This is a perfect housee for any SU families visiting their child.

I loved my stay here! The backyard was wonderful for my dog, who was at the AirBnB for 2 out of 5 of our nights there. The house is so charming and spacious, and the WiFi was very fast. It is easily walkable to Syracuse University & the shops in that area. Would stay here again for sure!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this older home. While not perfect, it was comfortable and had a peaceful charm. The host went out of their way to ensure the snow was shoveled, and the added touches like stress-relief games, basketball, and The Simpsons made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was responsive and accommodating, making it a relaxing experience during a difficult family time overall!

5/5 Stars – A Perfect Family Getaway in Skaneateles, NY! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, upgraded home in Skaneateles! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained everything was. The house had everything we needed, and the thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. Our kids especially had a blast with the trampoline and playhouse in the yard—they couldn’t get enough! In the evenings, we enjoyed the serene campfire in the backyard, making s’mores and relaxing under the stars. The front pond added such a peaceful, picturesque touch to the property. We also appreciated how safe and family-friendly the house and neighborhood felt. It was the perfect setting for a memorable family trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Christina was very accommodating. She responded immediately and was very friendly. Her place was lovely and perfect for my family and pup.

An excellent choice to stay. Home was easy to get to. Tanya was flexible with accommodations that we needed. Usual check out was 11 but we could have stayed until 1 as complimentary check out. Very roomy & clean. Would not hesitate to book again!

We had a girl's weekend and enormously enjoyed this gem of a property. We relaxed lakeside, had beautiful surroundings, and a front row seat to the wildlife that strolled through the property; geese, cranes, and lots of birds! The property was exactly as stated, well thought out and well stocked. We'd definitely come back to this rental. Highly recommend it!

It was hard finding reasonable accommodation in these parts, thankfully i chose this place. Taína was always very helpful with the accommodations. The place was quiet which helps alot with work.

If you are looking for a retreat in the form of a home away from home, I highly recommend Waterfall House. The landscape, scenery, and waterfall provided a peaceful environment. The home is very well appointed, which made us feel at home and comfortable. Nice amenities. The waterfall provided a beautiful, tranquil sound that lulled us to sleep—no sound machine was needed. Plan to drive a bit for groceries and entertainment, but it's worth it. We stayed at the property for our son's graduation from Syracuse, so we had to factor in driving time. Still, it was a nice respite at the end of the day, and we enjoyed sitting near the window to watch the waterfall as we relaxed in the evening and over coffee each morning.

Very close to everything we needed. The place is super cute. I love the decor. The bathroom is very cute also. Would book this place again anytime I’m in the area! Ty!

We had an absolutely lovely ten-day stay. The home was beautiful, very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed! Most of all Alice is truly a super-host! Very responsive, helpful and even put out some infant items, as she knew we were there to visit our new grandson! Can’t say enough great things about our stay! We look forward to returning on our next visit!

We rented this house for our daughter's family while our other daughter was married close by. They really enjoyed there stay there. It was clean and well kept. It had everything they needed. Thank you for accommodating them.

Great quiet and lovely location for a get-a-way. Near the finger lakes, waterfalls, hiking, Skaneateles (we loved), Auburn & Syracuse. Clean and nicely decorated. Stairs leading up to Cottage were not bad, secure railing helps. Nicely stocked with day to day items. Faucet water was drinkable, in fact crisp. Not a regret at all with booking it!

We visited Syracuse for a concert and this was a great location. Very nice backyard and porch. The bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this stay.
