Welcome to my listing, "Umi-Oyabun"! This is the owner, Shou. What kind of accommodation is this? I don't have the vocabulary, so I'll quote and introduce reviews from guests. Honestly, it's a great private lodging that I wouldn't recommend to others. Best location A beautifully renovated old house with a very cool breeze blowing through each room and living room, while smelling of the sea. The sea is close, 5 minutes. The supermarket is close, 2 minutes. Full support for sea leisure When you come back from the beach, 1. You can wash your tent and cooler box at the parking lot showers. 2. You can wash your whole body in the beautiful outdoor hot water shower. Shampoo, body soap, and conditioner are available. 3. If you wash and dry your swimsuit, it will be dry the next morning. The water pressure, cleanliness, and flow line design are perfect. Killer Content: Shichirin BBQ If you prepare the ingredients, you can enjoy a BBQ in the large garden. While enjoying the scent and heat of charcoal, if you look up, you can smell the cool scent of the sea breeze and grass at sunset. We enjoyed the best seafood BBQ while drinking whiskey soda. I absolutely recommend it.

The concept is "Malibu Ichinomiya", a California resort where both adults and children can enjoy. If you open the window in the living room, you can find a 100-square-meter garden surrounded by nature. In addition to outdoor activities such as BBQs, barrel saunas, and bonfires, children and adults can fully enjoy activities such as petite soccer and badminton. It has a good view and is surrounded by a wood fence, so small children can play safely and can also be used as a small dog run. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, so it is a great facility for a group of 2-3 families. Of course, you can enjoy a group trip through your friends. * Please note that the use of the barrel sauna costs 10,000 yen separately. * Due to the town ordinance, please enter the room after 21:00. * The jacuzzi is closed from November to April in the winter due to the amount of hot water.It can be used as a water bath when using the sauna. * Please refrain from using large groups of people, parties, etc. * Pets cost 3,000 yen per pet.There is only one additional charge at the time of booking, so more than two will be charged extra.

This is a small rental villa with a barrel sauna, limited to one group per day, located just off the Higashi-Nagomi Coast. (※ Sauna and BBQ are optional) Close to Tsurigasaki Beach, an Olympic venue, there are many beaches where you can enjoy high-quality waves throughout the year. There are also stylish cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby, so you can enjoy "food". There is a lot of nature, and on a clear day, you can enjoy a starry sky while listening to the sound of the waves (naminone). "Get ready in the sauna while watching the shooting stars! Isn't that great? After moving your body with surfing, golf, cycling, etc., enjoy yoga and BBQ on the wooden deck, slowly watch the stars, and chat with friends... Families with small children who have difficulty traveling are also very welcome. We hope you enjoy a wonderful time traveling, unlike staying at a hotel or inn. Your host speaks English, so feel free to ask. * You can come by train, but it is a more convenient area by car (throughout the Ichinomiya coastal area). It is the countryside, so you may find it inconvenient to shop.

A Japanese-style house is available for private use by one group. The space is 72 m2, so you can relax in comfort. Ideal for couples, families, and groups. Our house is located 15 minutes from Narita Airport or Narita Station by car. Ideal for guests using Narita Airport. We offer free transportation to Narita Airport or Narita Station upon check-in and check-out. The maximum number of guests is 5. There are two single beds in the bedroom. For 3 or more persons, futon bedding will be provided.

Attention We changed this airbnb into entire rental after the year of 2022. Before 2022, we rented this airbnb as shared-house. so some of the reviews in the past before 2022 may not be accurate anymore. we can hold the luggage from 9am on the check-in date, also we can hold the luggage until 7pm on the check-out date. We  pick-up  at Aoto Station for check-in ( 1 pick-up for 1 reservation.) ※There may be construction noise in the next house during day time 8:30am-5pm in 2025.
