Great host, great chalet, great time. Good vibes and views. Kitchen is well equiped. Home feels meant to be lived in, not a cookie cutter air bnb providing the bare minimum. Theres a clear attention to detail. As a boardgamer, I saw this most of all in their inspired game selection that fit nicely with the aesthetic. I was surprised when they already had 3 games that i brought and a few more that i left at home. Just be prepared for black flies and misquitos in May if youre coming with a dog.

Great place to stay, the cabin is cozy and clean, we can still smell the pine wood that is the building material of the cabin. We came on the thanksgiving long weekend, this year it was very cold, fortunately we brought our winter jackets and sleeping bags. The host is very nice, you can ask for more comforts if you don’t have your own, otherwise it is too cold to sleep. We didn’t bring drinking water, but a general store is 3 minutes driving away. The fall scene was spectacular, the lake is peaceful, the host and her son were friendly and responsive. We may come again in summer when it is warmer.

We had an amazing stay! Communication was excellent from the very beginning. The house itself is absolutely beautiful: perfectly equipped with everything (and more!) you could possibly need, and decorated with so much care and warmth. The area is so peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. The lake is incredible, we loved canoeing and just enjoying the views, especially from the house, which are breathtaking. It was everything we were hoping for!

Séjour relaxant pour finir notre road trip en beauté, le mieux est paisible et décoré avec soins, tout le confort y est, il y a également de quoi pêcher et faire un tour de canoë / paddle. Au cœur de la forêt sans être complètement isolé.

Doris and Ed were excellent hosts; very responsive and helpful with planning our trip and our arrival to “we 🐝 on the lake”. A lovely cottage spot; there are some cottages closeby though very nice neighbours! The hosts were amazing; leaving us with an emergency kit and some bathroom essentials which was a lovely bonus! The water is so clear; we used bottled water for drinking, etc. but swimming was incredible and there are very peaceful surroundings! The patio at night was noteworthy; the lights were hung so nicely and it was serene. We would definitely love to look at renting this again and were very impressed overall. Thank you Doris and Ed.
