Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Ometepe

Nice cozy place, we loved it, and Jose and his sister were so nice and they gave us best quality coffee in the morning for free, also he was available at anytime . Definitely worth it!!

Hector and isabel were great hosts! The appartement has a perfect location, it's next to the beach in santa cruz and close to some restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. We felt really welcomed and comfortable in Hectors house. We had a lot of fun and interesting conversations with hector. He showed us his finca and we got some really good fresh fruits. If we needed something, we just could ask him and he helped us or gave us some recommendations. We met so many friendly people there and we had a really good time in his house. We are looking forward to come back! Thank you!

We only stayed one night on our way to Costa Rica. Hans is very friendly and showed us the apartment and how everything works! It had everything we needed and was exactly as described online. A little noisy during the night, because it's quite close to the main street, but earplugs helped! Thank you Hans!

Nothing bad to say about Hector y Isabel's place. Hector was such an amazing host who is so gracious and knowledgeable about the beautiful island of Ometepe. He gave us a great deal on renting his motorcycle and even brought in his sister in law to teach us how to cook local cuisine. If you ask nicely, he might even bring you up the hill and show you his beautiful farm on the side of the Maderas Volcano. Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants and 2km or so to Ojo De Agua. Do yourself a favor and stay in this great spot. Thanks Hector!

Hector and Isabel were great hosts. The apartment is right across the highway from the lake and the bus stops right in front if you wave it down. The kitchen is enough for minor cooking, and great affordable restaurants are close by. Hector was very patient with our limited Spanish and was a great teacher and help. We enjoyed this very relaxing location immensely and look forward to next time.

It was a great experience to stay with Martha, highly recommended, the kindest and most friendly people have always been very grateful, we were very grateful because they were the best hosts.

The place was really nice. The hosts were so nice and helpful, basically everything we needed they helped us- recommendations, navigation and much more. Also they offer meals you can buy and the food is great. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay to choose this place 🙏🏻

The place was comfortable, as described, and Sofia was a great communicator. The women that work with her were lovely and gracious. Everything was great and walking distance to the main stores and restaurants in moyogalpa. I’d stay here again if I was coming back to omentepe.

We stayed more than a week in Odelba's place El Güis and enjoyed it very much. From the beginning we felt at home and comfortable. El Güis is a small hostal with four rooms and therefore really cozy. Oldelba is super friendly and helpful. For a contribution of 5$ to the gas we could use the well equipped kitchen. El Güis is a nice basic hostel and we totally recommend it!

The stay was perfect. We were welcomed at Mulberry's as if we were at home. Her family helped us on a daily basis and were there as soon as we had questions despite our poor level in Spanish. We managed to do everything on foot, by bus or taxi from the house. The kids loved the animals around the house. We'll be happy to go back.

We enjoyed Danilo's stay at home, very comfortable and spacious. Danilo, excellent host, and a super guide. We'll be back soon!
