Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Time out in a tiny house in the heart of Upper Swabia. The location of our two igloo tiny houses could not be more beautiful: in the middle of Upper Swabia directly in an orchard with an extra sauna and horses! Because it's more relaxed for everyone, we have packed a lot into our inclusive price. So parking, sauna, free Wi-Fi. That's how a vacation should be. The hot pot can be used for a fee of €30. Enjoy your time off in a spacious apartment with a conservatory, overlooking the countryside. The 90 sqm ⭐⭐⭐⭐accommodation (according to DTV) is located in a quiet part of Bad Schussenried. It consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In the living area, there is the second sleeping option in double bed format 160 m / 200 m. The accommodation can accommodate 4 people. A private terrace with seating is also available.

Small house, rich breakfast, organic, homemade

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

In the apartment itself it is quiet and has a very cozy character through the stylish decor, the large windows overlooking the idyllic outdoor area. The house-in-house construction gives the space a special charm with a rural character. The vacation rental is located in a farmhouse with plenty of greenery around the building and adjacent are a few RV parking spaces on the premises, which gives the whole a nice vacation flair.

Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It is located on the first floor on the right and has a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a relax sofa. The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.

Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

We would like to welcome you to the new *das Franz*. The new apartments were furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our carpenter Franz has refurbished the old beams of the original farmhouse and, in combination with modern oak wood, has crafted many custom-made pieces of furniture. The stylish, modern furnishings, with lots of real wood and pleasant earth tones, ensure a feel-good atmosphere.
