This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. De Knusse Hut in Wapenveld

Op het schilderachtige platteland, waar de tijd lijkt te vertragen en de zorgen van de wereld vervagen, ligt onze charmante Bed & Breakfast. Hier, temidden van weelderige groene velden en kabbelende beekjes, ontvouwt zich een verhaal van warmte, gastvrijheid en ontdekking. In onze B&B komt u thuis in een wereld waar de dagen beginnen met het zachte gefluit van vogels en eindigen met een spectaculaire zonsondergang die de horizon in vuur en vlam zet. Een goed ontbijt is standaard inbegrepen.

Chalet met twee slaapkamers waarvan 1 met ruime tweepersoonsbed en de andere slaapkamer is voorzien van een één persoonsbed met onderschuifbed (bed wordt 180 cm x 200cm), badkamer, ruime woonkamer en schuur, op een rustige locatie aan het eind van een straatje Chalet is voorzien van centrale verwarming zodat in de winter het ook goed vertoeven is in het chalet. Ook voorzien van ringverwarming. In de zomer kan er verkoeling gezocht worden door middel van de aanwezige airco en zonnescherm.

Ecolodge De Horstjes is a spacious and comfortable farmhouse lodge for a maximum of six people, located in a quiet rural setting. The lodge features two storeys and three atmospheric bedrooms, making it an ideal accommodation for families, groups of friends and those who wish to enjoy peace, nature and comfort together. De Horstjes can also be combined with Ecolodge De Hoeven. Both lodges are connected via a covered fireplace, making them also very suitable as group accommodation.<br><br>
