Right below the house is the Takelv waterfall, a bathing pool and a barbecue hut. The area has several hiking and ski trails as well as Målselv Fjellandsby about 9 km away. The house consists of a bedroom with 3 beds (family bed), a bedroom with a double sofa bed (1.40 m wide), a single bed in the living room (if needed), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a large entrance and an attic living room. Hytte på Ytre Tomasjord med fantastisk utsikt over Balsfjorden. Sitte i jacuzzien å nyte nordlyset eller ta badstu for så å avkjøle seg med et snøbad ! 55 km fra Tromsø sentrum! Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.

Cozy home outside Tromsø, Sommarøya.

Sommarøya is a small village 1 hour outside Tromsø. There is a bus twice a day on weekdays, during the weekend a bus runs Sunday evening. There is good parking for the rental car. In addition to listed rooms, the house has a room with a double sofa bed. This room is adjacent to one of the bedrooms. There are also a room with a singel bed. Animals are allowed at request. We have a small dog in our family. Internet fiber

Cosy cabin by the sea. Located in a calm area containing family cabins. A perfect area for watching the Northern lights with no distraction from cars and neighbours. Only peace and quiet. You can drive your car right up to the cabin where you can easily park. In the winter i recommend a 4wd car because of a steep road
