Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. A 6 kms d’Orléans, 2 kms d’Olivet et 2 km du péage A 71, je propose ma maison très bien équipée avec piscine chauffée de 10m du 07 mai jusqu’au 06 octobre. Les fêtes sont interdites. Par respect pour le voisinage, la musique extérieure est interdite. Le spa présent sur une photo n’est pas disponible. Draps de lit en option : 15€ /lit /séjour Ménage en option : 80€ !!!! Piscine ouverte du 01 Mai au 04 Octobre 2026 !!!!

Villa 1736, offers the charm of a beautiful house and a modern and welcoming decoration. At 1h45 from Paris and 10mn from Orléans by car, it is located near the Loire Castles and at the gateway to the Sologne. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it offers a peaceful and comfortable setting to explore the surroundings. The villa has a large garden and a swimming pool to relax between two escapades. Please note that La Villa is not at all suitable for parties.

On the road to the Loire castles, L'atelier de Claire offers you calm and serenity a stone's throw from the Basilica. Comfortable and spacious, it offers 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 and 1 single bed), a large living room with single sofa bed and an equipped summer kitchen. Enjoy its enclosed garden and access to the pool; escape on the surrounding hiking trails or cycle along the Loire. Baby equipment upon request. All linens are provided.

The vacation rental is located in an old wine estate, the vineyard, the first to welcome you, opens the way to a large landscaped garden with free access. Heated pool (May/mid-October), Jacuzzi all year round. Gas grill, children's games, ping pong or swing. Recent amenities, private garden with barbecue. A short walk from the Loire to discover on foot or by bicycle. Castles: Chambord, Blois, Amboise a few minutes away by car.

The Gabions

In a green and quiet setting, 12 km from Orléans, 2 steps from the Loire and on the "route des châteaux", pretty modern outbuilding backing onto the owners' house, consisting of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private toilets and bathrooms, a kitchen equipped to prepare breakfast and simple meals, a private terrace accessible from the bedrooms and from the kitchen, a heated swimming pool open from May 1st to September 30th.

Heated swimming pool (opening on June, 2021), 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges, open kitchen with American fridge, BBQ, south-facing terrace, Sat TV, Wifi. Only weekly in August, possibility of a four-day weekend during Christmas week.
