This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 6 km from Orléans, 2 km from Olivet and 2 km from the A71 toll, I offer my very well-equipped house with a 10 m heated swimming pool from 7 May to 6 October. Parties are forbidden. Out of respect for the neighbourhood, outdoor music is prohibited. The hot tub in a photo is unavailable. Optional bed sheets: €15/bed /stay Optional cleaning: €80 !!!! Swimming pool open from 1 May to 4 October 2026!!!!

Please note that La Villa is not at all suitable for parties.

A short walk from the Loire to discover on foot or by bicycle. Castles: Chambord, Blois, Amboise a few minutes away by car.

Apartment in a former convent near Orléans

** Possibility of long stays ** 2 bedroom apartment in a renovated former convent (Convent of La Bretauche, place called). Perfect for a stay of a few nights or longer. Parking inside the property. Includes a ground floor (bathroom, kitchen) and a first floor (bedrooms, living room). Not suitable for people who can't climb stairs. 7 km from Orléans. Leclerc supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. In a green and quiet setting, 12 km from Orléans, 2 steps from the Loire and on the "route des châteaux", pretty modern outbuilding backing onto the owners' house, consisting of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private toilets and bathrooms, a kitchen equipped to prepare breakfast and simple meals, a private terrace accessible from the bedrooms and from the kitchen, a heated swimming pool open from May 1st to September 30th.
