Villa 1736, offers the charm of a beautiful house and a modern and welcoming decoration. At 1h45 from Paris and 10mn from Orléans by car, it is located near the Loire Castles and at the gateway to the Sologne. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it offers a peaceful and comfortable setting to explore the surroundings. The villa has a large garden and a swimming pool to relax between two escapades. Please note that La Villa is not at all suitable for parties.

Ideally located in the countryside, 30 minutes from Orléans and in the region of the Loire Castles. You will have a living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower (not adjoining the bedroom) In summer, you can enjoy the swimming pool (access strictly reserved for guests, unheated), the vegetable garden and the wooded garden.
