It is located on the Moselle in the middle of the countryside with the possibility to observe animals and hike in the garden. You can discover great restaurants as well as many wine cellars and vineyards. So my house is suitable for everything: business trips, city trips, active or recreational vacations. Well situated, recently refurbished, ground floor studio apartment in the charming and quiet area of Dommeldange. There is a free parking space on site, as well as an outside terrace to enjoy (also for the smokers). The TV has a guest Netflix account and the wifi signal is good. There are a few good local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance however there are excellent transport links to get you into the city as the train station and bus stops are 2min away.

In the cold evenings you may choose either to enjoy the fireplace in the garden or in the flat.

Mersch can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. Public transport is free in Luxembourg. Free parking.

The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
