Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Oldham County

The house was amazing on a beautiful property! We spent tons of time on the back deck and playing catch in the mowed yard. Inside was clean and homie feeling and so much character! We really appreciated Betty and her responsiveness to getting us in and throughout the stay! Better yet if you come the right time of year like we did you might just get some vegetables! It was a perfect stay!

Our group of adult cousins stayed here for a family wedding at Ashbourne Farms (a simple 15 min drive away). Each space in this home is beautiful and comfortable. There are so many places to sit indoors and out-- from porch swings to comfy couches! Little details like throw blankets, tissue boxes and fresh flowers on the counter, made us feel like pampered guests. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. We were happy we stayed an extra day to enjoy the shuffle board and relax in this peaceful spot. The large windows and outdoor areas are perfect for viewing the small creek and deer family in the back yard!

Kevin was a great host. He responded very timely to any correspondence and was very helpful with recommendations on restaurants and things to do while in Louisville. The house was beautiful and we felt right at home.

Great neighborhood, comfy and cozy house with lots of space and everything you need. Loved the basement for the kids to play! The shower head was luxurious! Close to lots of shops and Abigail made the stay so effortless for us. Highly recommend her place.

Absolutely perfect! I would say this AirBnb is one of the best that we’ve stayed at. Amazing views of the river. Kristen was very responsive and had everything we needed at the house. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and hot water! I definitely recommend Kristen’s house! I know I didn’t want to leave!

We stayed with our families with 5 under 5 years old Easter week. We walked, strolled and rode bikes throughout the family friendly neighborhood. Nine houses from the Catholic Church that we attended Holy Week and Easter Sunday Mass. On the School/Church grounds there is a wonderful playground. There are actually several playgrounds in the area. So much front porch sitting.

Very clean interior and well taken care of property. Bed is quite comfortable. Appliances and electronics are high end. Amenities are great and had everything you could ask for. Thoughtful touches and complimentary items are highly appreciated. Overall 5 star Airbnb.

We had a great stay here with Carol! Our previous air bnb cancelled on us last minute but it ended up being a blessing in disguise! This house is very nice and the communication was wonderful!

Great place to stay- the apartment feels really new and is in a modern and clean building. The apartment itself is large, has a nice kitchen and nice layout (bedrooms are not connected). The area is beautiful and you are steps away from a wonderful walk/hike/run at the Falls of the Ohio state park. All amenities are there. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner - I think this was a short oversight as the rest of the house was very clean and tidy.

An absolute gem. Exactly as described, and with all the amenities we needed for a visit to Louisville. Devin and NaKayla were responsive to all of our needs, and were quick to reply to our questions. Beautiful apartment and wonderful stay. Looking forward to returning next year.

We had a WONDERFUL stay, the apartment was gorgeous. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Bruce was very responsive from the beginning of my booking through our complete stay. He went above and beyond with little details to make the stay so personal. We loved the muffins 😊 I highly recommend staying here while in the area. My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Libor’s place. We were in town for a weekend wedding, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, coffee shops, and some really cute thrift and regular stores. The house itself was super cute and spacious. The only thing we really missed was a full-length mirror, especially since we had to get dressed up often. It would’ve been very helpful to have one. Overall we recommend Libor’s place!

We had a great stay at the airbnb and it was perfect for our families needs. Only suggestion is don’t park on the main high street and use the given parking spaces.

We stayed at Michael’s for the derby, it was a great location. He recommended places to go we went to bourbon Bristo and eggs over Frankfort which were fantastic. It was nice to be on 1st floor and close to parking. Place was clean and the electric fireplace was calming. There were places close by to shop. The place is pet friendly but we didn’t bring ours. Thanks
